I drove all around town trying to get help and thought I would ask the team at 4th Dimension for help since I have done business with them in the past. Not only did they have the answer but they personally stepped I and handled it for me. Excellent company with customer satisfaction as their number one priority.

These guys saved my *** ! My computer crashed after the power went out and they got me in straight away, built me a new computer in just a few days knowing my business was at a standstill until i had it back and the biggest weight off my shoulders is that they were able to recover everything off my old computer. You have my business for life and i am so appreciative of all of you. Thank you Garnet for being so helpful and calming me down, thank you Brennen for building me a awesome new computer ( love my lights in my tower :) and thank you Nate for setting me up and making me whole again!!!!! you guys rock and i would urge anyone that has any computer issues or questions to call these guys. My laptop quit functioning just before the holidays Poor timing! The techs at 4th Dimension did a quick check, on the spot, a suggested I may have compromised the hard drive. They kept the computer and assured me they would do what they could to repair the damage. Unfortunately, the drive had to be replaced. The work was completed at a reasonable cost and I had my laptop back within three business days.I have been a frequent customer of 4th Dimension. They will continue to be my "go to" tech support business.

Nothing but positive things to say about these folks so far. My experience is primarily with Mary, regarding her laser engraving expertise. She clearly cares about the end result, is easy to work with, and will work hard to make it exactly what you want. Very prompt, and affordable as well.Garnet, as well as the rest of the staff, are also very kind and helpful. Local business, always looking to take care of their customers. What more can you ask for? :)

Garnet patiently walked me through a complicated issue over remote desktop when other companies gave up. They have my business and referrals for life! I'm willing to drive hours and hours from Bellingham if I ever have issues too complex for remote help. Plus it’s great to see Mary and chat while the repair or purchase is being fine tuned. They resolve problems thoroughly and take the time to explain things to computer novices like me. I only trust 4th Dimension for my computer needs and recommend them to all my friends. You won’t be disappointed, try em and you’ll know why they’re the only place I go!

Rude and lacking in knowledge. I was coming from a distance so I called ahead of time to see if they had something, they confirmed they did. When I got there, they told me they didn’t even stock the product and tried to convince me it didn't even exists.. ?

Worked on my old XP computer for 20 minutes and didn’t really want to dig in to my problem. I needed this for a certain machine. Not sure if they had easier jobs to do or just pick the low hanging fruit or they are just trained on Windows 10 and didn’t want to fool with the old stuff. Anyway $40. For doing nothing, I don't mind paying but come on, really.... $40.00 plus tax for maybe 15 min of looking at the computer to say nope, I'm not doing anything. I have a key business and if I can't do anything to help I don't charge anything.

I just want to give a shoutout to Mary from 4th Dimension. She has assisted me with multiple engraving projects and always does an amazing job. If you need to personalize an item or create a meaningful gift, I highly recommend them.
