Real Estate Experience with Josh Abbey. Josh Abbey has been the listing agent on six of my properties over the past 3 years and many more before that. The fact that I returned to him each time is in itself a testimonial to my confidence in him as my agent. Our real estate relationship goes back decades because he professionally managed my properties prior to listing them and then again in managing the sale of each. I recommend him whole heartedly for property management and for residential sales. Here are some of the reasons.
1. He has been in the business for 25 to 30 years. He actually grew up in a real estate family. He has tremendous experience and is able to provide professional input into virtually any real estate related problem.
2. He has a thorough knowledge of the local real estate market. This includes not only neighborhoods and market values but also the forces affecting value.
3. He has professional relationships with title agents, escrow officers, appraisers, mortgage companies, stagers, and contractors. As such he is able to negogiate the best prices for virtually all aspects of the business and can do so in a timely way.
4. He has his own office and all the latest real estate software. He is an expert in its use and can access, anaylze and display the latest real estate data to facilitate decision making and marketing.
5. He is an extremely active agent. He lives real estate every day, communicates well and responds promptly.
6. He has high ethical standards and takes his fiduciary responsibility as a real estate agent seriously. He has been a good steward of my assets.
As stated earlier, I highly recommend him for property management and real estate sales.

As a military family, we have purchased multiple homes. I have NEVER had a realtor so attentive and personally invested.
Jenny was there for us every step of the way and went above and beyond. For example, I received a text from her to look for a package; when I got home, there were two enormous boxes filled with moving boxes, packing tape, and bubble wrap. Who does that???
I can’t say enough glowing things about her as realtor or a super decent human.

Amazing Realtor. I can't say enough wonderful things about Jenny! She went above and beyond at every step. This was my first time buying a home and she make the whole process smooth and stress-free. I felt like she genuinely cares about her client and had our best interests at heart. Her dedication to us stood out. Walking us through each step she made us feel completely supported. He professionalism, attention to detail, and kindness truly set her apart. Thanks to Jenny's hard work, we found the perfect home in the neighborhood we wanted to be in. As a real estate agent with nearly 20 years of experience, I can confidently say that working with Savannah has been one of the most frustrating experiences of my career. The complete lack of communication on her end isn’t just annoying it’s a disservice to everyone involved, especially her own clients.
Agents: proceed with caution when writing offers on Savannah’s listings. In a recent multiple-offer situation, we had a strong offer that could’ve won but thousands but due to Savannah’s radio silence, her clients likely missed out on a better deal. This industry relies on collaboration and communication, and her refusal to engage is not only unprofessional, it’s disrespectful to the process.
Clients: if you’re considering hiring Savannah, just know that your best interests will likely take a backseat to whatever makes her job easier. She doesn’t communicate, doesn’t negotiate, and certainly doesn’t go the extra mile to get you the best outcome. When I see her name on a listing, I warn my buyers to look elsewhere.

Amazing job!!! First time home buyer and EXTREMELY satisfied with the level of service Jenny provided throughout the process! She worked hard to find the dream house in our budget and we couldn’t be happier. She has great attention to detail and made me feel like I had a trusted friend helping us buy a home. Wonderful experience. Jenny was the steady hand we needed in a competitive market. She was proactive, thorough, and never pushy — always had our back throughout the entire buying process. She delivered at every step. Professional, smart, helpful and friendly. Jenny also works with the best people in the market for anything house purchase related, from loan to repairs, and is always able to help with the right contact for the job.

It’s not often I write a review like this, but after my experience with Abbey Realty Property Management, I felt compelled to share my concerns for others considering their services. Based on their actions, I strongly discourage anyone from relying on Abbey Realty for professional property management services.
Here’s why:
1. **Inconsistent and Redundant Communication**: Despite answering their questions on Sunday, March 23rd, we received duplicate queries on Monday, March 24th—some of which were already addressed in our prior email. This repetition is not only inefficient but also demonstrates a lack of attention to detail.
2. **Poorly Managed Scheduling**: On Monday, Abbey Realty confirmed an appointment with us to view the Crosby property on Wednesday, March 26th, at 5:30 PM. Yet, on the very day of the tour, I was informed via text that the property was no longer available. No prior notice was given, causing unnecessary disruption and inconvenience.
3. **Unprofessional Handling of Availability**: At no point were we informed about the change in the property’s status until I took the initiative to follow up. This level of unprofessionalism erodes trust and signals a lack of respect for clients’ time and commitments.
When choosing a property management company, professionalism, clarity, and respect are non-negotiable. Unfortunately, Abbey Realty fell short on all three counts. I encourage prospective tenants or clients to consider this before engaging with them—there are companies out there who understand the value of clear communication and professional integrity.
Abbey Realty, if you’re reading this, I hope you take this feedback as an opportunity to improve. For now, my recommendation is clear: Look elsewhere if you’re seeking a seamless, professional property management experience.

Josh is amazing. He has over 25 years of experience and really knows the local market well. He helped sell our Lacey house & worked really hard, from scheduling repair people, to walking us through a challenging buyer/closing situation. We've bought and sold a few houses in other states, and Josh is by far the best experience we've ever had with a realtor.

One of the most profound experiences in my life led by an exceptional agent. Real estate can be a simple transaction between a buyer and seller at face value. What Savannah has done for my family cannot be encompassed so simply.We have been trying to get Washington state for two years. Last year, I reached out to Savannah after conducting an online search for a professional who I hoped could understand my family’s needs. She responded quickly. Unfortunately, selling my house at my then current location was proving to be far difficult than expected. What I had hoped would take days to sell my home turned into weeks, months and then almost a year.Savannah never ever gave up on my family’s needs. She stayed in constant contact. When we finally got around to finding a buyer for our current home, Savannah jumped into action and took us on numerous virtual tours to find a new one. Along the way, she helped calm our nerves and steady our focus when our bids didn’t go our way. She never gave up. Finally, we found a house, put an offer and to now sit here in it as I type this review is a surreal and emotional feeling. She never gave up on us.Savannah is not only an amazing realtor. To my family, she is that and so much more.

Ten͏ stars out of five!Savannah Parker is ultra-responsive, knowledgeable, experienced, persistent, good-natured, and has a great laugh. She sold a house for me; one I had owned as a rental. To be honest, I had not paid enough attention and the house had one big problem. After the house went on the market, Savannah stuck with me through the entire process of sussing out and resolving the issues. She found all the right people, did all the wild research and figured out things I would never ever have been able to do on my own. All while maintaining steady professionalism and positivity. We found the PERFECT buyer and I can say to you unequivocally, I would recommend (and hire her again myself) in half a heart beat. She is just the best.

Savanah͏ Helps Again!Savanah is wonderful and helpful!She will help you as she is attentive, responsive, and knowledgeable. I know this because she helped me find a condo after I already went through three realtors. She truly helped me locate a condo that suited me and was what I was looking for. After three years I got married and we decided to sell this condo. I called upon Savanah immediately to see if she was available and willing. Yes! And she helped me once again. Not only did we get my condo sold in less than a week, but she assisted in getting above my asking price. I don't know how she did it, but I am very pleased on the results! My wife and I had an amazing experience working with Jami Downing in purchasing our home. She is extremely responsive. She would get us in for showings for houses at the earliest availability that the house could be shown. She was flexible with showings as well, working with our busy schedule to show us houses. During showings, my wife and I appreciated Jami's sharp eye, as she was able to point out and check for little details of the condition of the house. When there were times when she couldn't show us, she has a team in place that would step in and show us instead. When it came time to put down an offer, she was fast and kept up communications with the seller agent. She even got us an pre-inspection on a house on extremely short notice!As first time home buyers, Jami guided us through the entire process. She is extremely knowledgeable about the Olympia/Lacey area, and has many connections in the real estate industry. We were able to find a mortgage broker as well through her recommendations. She patiently answered our endless questions about the home buying process.We are hugely thankful to have worked with Jami. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home, and we look forward to working with her in the future.
