Had an issue with the lottery machine. Manager refused to help and insisted the machine was updating but would not give me my money or cancel the cart. Manager came off condescending and rude. Staff was obviously uncomfortable with the situation.

Employees are very rude and why the hell do the sell lottery tickets there if the can only do $50 when you whe $150 why would they be a lottery retailer ridiculous the manager is very rude i wouldn't go there at all I'm done there awful
Just went down the street to 7-11 they was so much nicer and cashed in my $135 scratch ticket win

Only good thing here is the 2for6 sandwich deal. They're kinda slow compared to modern standards, and gas is pricey for an arco. I'd say it's about the minimum of what I would consider acceptable, but with the right management/staff changes it could become 10-15% better quickly.

I went there yesterday 3 26 2024 aroung 6 15 pm filled my gas tank then I was going to come in the store to purchase a couple items when employee comes out locks the door and she look at me clearly could see I was coming in and stated I am going to be closed for a few minutes I watched her go around the building and have a cigarette I got back in my vehicle and left. I could not believe she felt that it was OK to do that very disappointed in her actions

The phone number listed on the website is wrong. When you call it, it has a recording that says “ your call cannot be completed as dialed”. I tried it several times, and same thing happened. I was trying to reach them to check and see if they had a certain item in stock.

Ashley(yy) and the team at the AMPM on Hawks Prairie Rd are just a blast. It is one of the cleanest and stocked AMPM stores we have been in. Ashley always has a fun and positive attitude and makes the visit a fun start to your day.

"This is the absolute worst customer services I ever experience in all my life!"Worst customer service experience ever. I was going to get a car wash last week on friday evening but they didn't properly tell me that the car wash is closed. When I tell them to reverse the charges since I pay by credit card they gave me cash for a refund instead. Now they told me to wait until monday morning to meet with the manager since I work in the morning as well. This is terrible customer service, When I meet with the manager, Best if the manager fire both John and hector from the gas station at once.Signed, Yongma Lee
