Heather was an angel. Heather is the kindest AT&T worker that exist most likely. She helped me solve my problem over the course of about an hour and didn’t once look bothered to be helping. She’s knowledgeable, personable, and has amazing work ethic. Thank you for your help Heather!

Our Service representative was very friendly and informative. Even when I had her repeat the same info she just gave me she was very gracious and repeated back the info I requested.

She (I believe her name was Susan) also made sure the other customers that walked in after me knew they were notice and greeted them. When she had to step away to retrieve the SIM for my added line she asked the next customer if he had a quick question/purpose of his visit just in case she could get him out sooner than later. Loved her all around!

Heather was a sincere and helpful agent. She simultaneously worked with me and helped her associate. She was courteous and professional and she is a real asset to ATT. I have been a customer for over thirty years and am glad to see the quality and commitment of ATT has not faltered.

If you can, try to travel a little further than doing business with this store, like everyone said they are very attentive when you are just starting your line with them but the moment you started to have problems everytime you go to their store they will say they will get your number “research the situation” and call you back, multiple calls and same answer, in the end they basically say whenever we say we call you back we can’t actually do that, its basically saying i just say that last time to get you off the phone but will actually never gonna do that. I would say this is the most horrible customer service we’ve ever had. So beware, if you can drive a little further, at&t in tacoma or olympia has more professional and knowledgeable employees.

Horrible customer service and pushy sales team at this store. They don’t have the integrity to be honest with their customers. Avoid this store at all costs. I would give zero stars if it was an option.
Here’s the background: I switched to AT&T in Aug’ 2023. Brandon, salesperson at the store quoted $100 for the plan after the promotional discounts. At the time, he wouldn’t give anything in writing and refused to give me a printed confirmation of the breakdown saying that their printer wasn’t working. On repeated requests he gave me the bill breakdown on a piece of paper. My bill has been $30 higher than what was quoted to me. I have been in the store 3 times since and talked to the manager Alonzo who dismissed me and was blatantly rude. Alonzo promised me that he will call me back once it’s fixed and let me know. This was in December 2023, and it’s still not fixed.
I have since called the AT&T billing line 3 times and still have not received the resolution of this issue. I sent them the paper copy of the bill breakdown that was provided to me by Brandon( salesperson at the store).
It’s been 6 months since I switched to AT&T and am still waiting for them to fix my billing situation. This is frustrating and the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
I hope someone in the leadership team will notice and take action. And if not then I will go to the BBB with my complaint.
The Attachment is what was given to me as the breakdown of the bill.
Potential customers: do not accept this as the confirmation of the bill as in case of dispute even the AT&T billing team won’t accept it as the contract.

Heather at the AT&T Lacey Washington store was a tremendous help in helping me understand my bill, adding some things and taking some things off as well as getting me into a new device and a tablet. She was a pleasure to Have done business with And I would hope every employee That works in customer service would follow her lead. The experience was a good one to have in store.

Had a very pleasant experience at the store came in and both heather and Alfonso helped me right away with getting me upgraded to a new phone
