The people on the phone was super wonderful and helpful.
Who I dealt with in the store was nice enough but, should stay away from the brake cleaner.
100% will return, unfortunately, because cars are a money pit!!

Would not recommend, young man working today was very rude. I came in , no greeting anything , had to ask him if he was available while he was at the register and I was standing in line. Still didn’t say a word when I came up and asked to get my battery checked and just grabbed the equipment and followed me outside … seemed to hate his life/job. Not a good look. Won’t be going back.

This AutoZone is usually amazing, however, the two particular employees today, (March 16, 2025 @ approximately 1020hrs) chose to not even acknowledge the two black men in the store during this time frame, but went out of their way to provide friendly customer service to the older white guys that were there during that same time. I'm assuming the other black male was active duty Army, and myself, RETIRED US Army. Please retrain the two in customer service.

Really annoying when you're sitting around all day waiting for your part, because the guy said "We'll call you when it comes in" and they don't call. Happens regular enough that I don't shop here anymore, but my friend wanted to go to AutoZone, so here I am again, picking up parts at 2 pm that have been sitting here since 9, and the only reason we knew they were here is because my friend called and asked.

"Josh" (Joshua), assisted me on several occasions within a months time span. Everytime I called autozone with questions he would thoroughly answer my questions and suggest recommendations without pressing sales. My recent experience with him spared me a visit to the dealership where I am most certain that I would have spent at least $400+ on diagnostics, parts and labor. But I followed my intuition and went to autozone first where Josh happened to be on shift. He suggested to charge my battery and perform a battery, starter, and alternator test which ruled out that my battery was the culprit and not the alternator. I ended up purchasing a battery on spot and he installed it, no labor charge. I don't write reviews often, however , it is rare these days to experience customer service from a person who is genuinely passionate about helping others. Thank you Josh for your patience and assistance.

I have never been treated so bad in my life at AutoZone. I waited my turn in line. All I needed was a diagnostic check. It would’ve taken maybe a minute and a half the manager and the employee there proceeded to argue with me for three minutes about how they didn’t have time. And then threaten to call the police on me now I don’t know the reason but I think it’s because I’m Mexican ! Because they were willing to help all the white people were in front of me they were willing to help the people that were in back of. But they insisted that I have to stay to the side I really felt the racism.! If you’re Mexican black or you have brown skin, I wouldn’t go here. They’re going to treat you like a second class citizen. I really felt like I had to be in the colored line.! Right across the street to their competitor, O’Reillys and I was helped and under two minutes!

Yelm Hwy Lacey. Thank you Collin. I was highly satisfied with the evening manager Collin. He came outside in the freezing weather near closing time and installed my car battery. Subaru Forester. He maintained a positive and professional attitude even when the installation was getting more difficult than usual. Thanks Collin you made my day.
