Liam, Angela and the man working by the front of the store were so helpful and kind! Not overly kind to where it’s over baring but kind to where it felt as if I was speaking to a friend. Absolutely the worst costumer service. If you get a loan thru them they will make you jump thru a million hoops to make your payments then when you make a very large payment via cashiers check they make you jump thru even more hoops. I have to Waite over a week for a Casheirs check to clear. They are rude and unhelpful and something as simple fax would solve everything but are unwilling. I would rather work 80 hr work weeks again then ever get another loan thru them.

UPDATE: BECU LIED TO CONSUMER SERVICES AND ALSO LIED TO WA STATE DEPT OF FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS....THEY INFORMED THEM WE WERE NOT CUSTOMERS..... WE WILL BE SUING THEM NOW.
To the female Manager that wants to bully my wife who has anxiety... ill see you in court too. BECU should fire you! You are Worthless as a manager and rude.
TERRIBLE COMPANY. AVOID IF YOU CAN, THE BRANCH TOLD US WE HAD CLOSED ALL 3 OF OUR ACCOUNTS AND WE RANDOMNLY RECEIVED A COLLECTIONS NOTICE FOR BANK FEES OVER 14 MONTHS AFTER WE CLOSED.. HATE THIS COMPANY
update: We were reached out to. I stated I would call back with the information in hand. We called back 4 times and left 2 messages and still nothing... I guess they were busy with other people who they fraudulently charged..... Because it certainly Must have been important. No call backs yesterday and no calls today....

Pretty bad experience getting a HELOC loan due to errors from BECU end of things. Days after the signing we were told the loan wording was incorrect despite being approved. Loan could not be finalized in time according to the terms of the application window apparently. Absolutely no apology or wanting to make it right from the BECU end. No problems getting a HELOC from another bank. Would steer clear of this BECU product.

This place is great. I have been in a very difficult situation a few times and BECU has always had my back through it all. Their interest rates are great, the employees are very friendly!! The bank alone is family oriented. I am very grateful for everything that this team has done for me! I am truly grateful and hope for BECU and their employees to continue to grow!

Customer service person was very nice. But it's messed up that if their machine won't take your bills you can't deposit perfectly good money.

Clark helped me out. Very easy and quick process opening up my checking/savings account. Also went out of his way to make sure I was able to use my online account instantly due to time payment crunch for other accounts.

I went to deposit $1000 dollars cash into the stm, it ate $200 and spit the rest out and canceled the transaction. The manager there said it has been doing that all morning and there wasn’t anything they could do about it. They don’t even tell the customers or put a sign on it. Ridiculous and the worst customer service I have ever been apart of.

Recently, we were a victim of FRAUD with our debit card.
After contacting BECU about this criminal experience, BEN responded with UREGENCY to resolve this disturbing experience.
He applied his knowledge, skills, and professional experience by canceling our compromised debit card, and offering a new debit card.
Also, Ben reviewed the fraudulent charges on our checking account, and followed company procedures to reimburse us for the cost of these transactions.
Ben demonstrated professionalism, with a personal attention to detail to resolve and recover from this alarming FRAUD experience.

I would give them zero stars if possible. This entire organization is horrible. Years ago I went for a mortgage, and they made us apply for an account just so we could apply. The whole process was disorganized and messy.
Fast forward to now and I just made a payment for my daughter's vehicle. The CSRs we spoke with on the phone were all unprofessional, not listening, and then we had to pay a "convenience" fee for a very inconvenient transaction.
Update: after my Google review I received an email from somebody from BECU claiming they wanted to help square things away. I responded, to which I have seen or heard nothing.
It's been nearly a month since that first payment I made and now we have to make another one, we've tried multiple times to set up the online banking so that I can make the payment and it is ridiculous, and not working properly.
I've been a member of Credit Unions, multiples, over the course of 20 to 25 years, in multiple states. Hands down this is the worst one I've ever been a part of. And I'm not even a part of it as in I don't have an account, I'm just trying to pay a bill. I would never recommend this Credit Union to anyone.
