I picked this hotel so that I could relax in the hot tub. I do heavy duty work and was looking forward to being able to relax my muscles. The entire weekend we were there, the hot tub was so gross that I only used it for about 15 minutes total. It was coated in algea along the sides and every 5 minutes or so a chunk about the size of a 50 cent piece would float to the top (unsure if chunk was mold or algea also not sure if from jet lines or sides of hot tub). When brought to staff attention the response was they would consider improving it. Improper maintainence on hot tubs and pools could cause health issues in guests and should be taken more seriously. In addition, the doors into the hotels rooms are overly weighted so they slam and you can hear those doors above you, below you, and next to you. The hvacs were well cared for (super clean vents) but are old and tired so they are relatively loud. The beds need replaced too. Overall the staff did a great job in trying to keep up with the run down hotel but they could really invest in improving their property. Until improvements are made, we will not be returning to this hotel. I prefer to stay in best westerns and this one just gives BW a bad name. I suggest staying elsewhere.

This is the bestest Best Western on the west side I-15. We always love it here. Friendly people, great location, large vehicles welcome, clean rooms and the Bestest free breakfast ever. ?Noteworthy details: Breakfast is worth waking up for. The homemade breakfast burritos and the little homemade foldie eggs.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel, and I am eager to share my positive experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, the staff's kindness and professionalism made me feel genuinely welcomed. The hotel's prime location was another highlight, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city and enjoy various attractions. The rooms were not only spotlessly clean but also thoughtfully designed, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. One aspect that stood out for me was the breakfast menu. The morning dining experience was nothing short of delightful. The diverse and delicious options on the menu, coupled with the cozy ambiance of the breakfast area, set a positive tone for each day of my stay. Thanks to the hotel's dedication to excellence, my visit became a memorable and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this establishment to fellow travelers seeking a perfect blend of top-notch service, a prime location, and a fantastic breakfast to kickstart their day. My journey began on a high note, thanks to the exceptional breakfast offerings, and I am genuinely grateful for the wonderful memories created during my stay.

The breakfast is Awsome, the only downside would be tif you can't eat sausage. It would be nice if they had a ham substitute. The pool is not 24 hrs And is very cold but the hot tub is nice.Rooms: Rooms are good size and compatible, very clean and smell new.Food & drinks: They have vending machines with a good variety . But during breakfast they serve all your basics .

Thanksgiving dinner 45 mins away from home and we just wanted to enjoy the night and not drive. We had a late check in so we allied to confirm. When we arrived the front desk agent wasn’t available so we rang the bell and she arrived within 5 minutes. We got our room keys and we enjoyed our sleep! Clean room, keurig, microwave, and refrigerator! Breakfast was included and was delicious!Nearby activities: CasinoWalkability: Lots of food and shoppingFood & drinks: In the same lot with a casino, Taco Bell, and chic filet.

I went to look at this hotel because my family is coming to visitfrom out of town. The hotel is clean, rooms ok. Receptionist did not offer any information about the amenities or surrounding area restaurants etc..The thing that concerned me the most was when I arrived there to take a look, there was a police officer trying to get what appeared to be a homeless person having a crisis.I hope there is a permanent security guard and not a roving one.If I am going to pay $165+ for a room I want to feel safe when I come back at night.Safety: It may look calm during the day but be very vigilant at night please

By far one of the worst beds we've ever slept on. The BW was clean, the front desk check in woman was fantastic (even swapped out the dog bed for a larger one to accommodate our pup), but the room itself was seriously lacking. The mattress was so clearly old - it both creaked and was so uncomfortable that we were both up by 6am to check out early because we were aching. The toilet seat was up when we arrived , the comforter on the bed was unwashed, and the mini-fridge in the room was making weird noises all night. We were a bit chilly but didnt' dare to use the heater because it was SO loud and smelled funky. Guessing the dog friendly rooms are just left to rot because it was not what we've experienced before at Best Westerns. Oh yeah also , we had to ask for a dog bed, which they had, yet they did not offer bowls or anything else. Considering the floors are tile in the room and not carpeting they need to worry about, what exactly was the $30 charge we had to pay for one night actually covering ?
