Poor customer service on 26 Febuary.
We had $400 worth of merchandise, and my 9 year old needed to use the restroom and they refused to let him, and told him to go to Walmart to use theirs. That is their right, but I took my business and $ elsewhere; specifically just ordered off Amazon and it was far cheaper. I'm sure this Big 5 location can afford to lose business, so good luck to them.

Staff was helpful when I went in. I tried calling before hand but staff did not answer the phone.
