Went in looking to buy some hiking boots and boy, what an adventure! First of all, it took FOREVER to get someone to help and when I finally did she brought out 9ne pair of the four I wanted to try on and disappeared. I found her helping out another lady so I waited only to not be able to find her again so I just left. I went looking at other stores but came back to get a pair I really liked. This time it took me waving down someone to get my size and after I found them, I bought them and left. I will NOT be going back to this Big 5!

Good prices lots of stuff, sports yah! Some of the materials are a little cheap. We bought a badminton set and the birdies both broke and one racket I have already restrung....on day 3.

I go in to buy some table tennis balls and come out with some really cool shoes and various other items, including all things a frying pan...I know I can be a difficult customer, yet I was treated well.Both of the young ladies that helped me (Antoinette and Bella) we're very knowledgeable about the shoes and other available products.I must say, "The service was exceptional here. Based on my experiences here, the store is pretty organized for the most part. Customer service has been fine. Outside the store has been pretty dirty with trash, etc. (not necessarily at the fault of the store itself, but the people I've observed loitering around on various occasions). Overall, would recommend and would return.
