Frank is AMAZING! He is extremely knowledgeable and has amazing customer service skills. My kids have this phone plan And because of the customer service once I pay off my phone with T-Mobile, I’ll be switching over as well!

If I could give this store and the "only" worker there, Frank, less than a 1 star review I would. I signed up for a Black Friday deal a year ago. Was promised a $250.00 voucher. Nope

The same guy has been there the last 4 times I have gone in & EVERYTIME he has talked down to me, cut me off in the middle of speaking and sure knows how to make someone feel stupid and it’s quite obvious he does this on purpose and most likely to every customer that enters that store. Ironically, he is the one who looks like an idiot for treating people that way. He really shouldn’t be working with customers. He needs a job that includes no interaction with human beings. Please give someone else the job he has now!!! Boost, he makes ur company look bad.

Great guy, great intentions…….but this Celero POS is the worst POS I have ever owned…..land I’m 47 and had a pinto before……the phone takes, LITERALLY 4 minutes to open any data backed app….and photos,….yeah just take a bunch cause you ain’t reviewing them right away……
