While I find the sizing of the HAWX brand very suspect (6â1â 216 lb and a medium coat?) and their pants shrink in length more than any other. The fit and finish are good. I just received a Christmas card/gift card from them. The gift card is not why I post. The card is. I am self made, started life over 3xâs, at 40 with $3000, a vehicle, and a refusal to quit to 6 figures . How can I not support after reading this.

I brought my Stetson in all mangled and asked if they did any shaping, Miguel said for sure, took my hat and info. Took my wife to lunch get a text from Miguel that my hat was done, come back in to find my hat looking absolutely amazing. It honestly looked as good as the day I bought it. He had cleaned it, brushed it, and restored it to its original shape! A huge thank you, Miguel you are the man, and I think itâs bs that youâre not allowed to take tips.

We walk in and had never been there before. Apparently they were getting ready to close and didn't realize that. The older white man who halfway greeted us should of said were closing in 10 minutes but didn't. The younger guy was really helpful though and a pleasure to work with. After a while he informs us they're closing soon and to watch out for other guy vacuuming. He met us at register where we bought a few items we had picked out. The old white man let us out the locked front door and I apologized to old white man saying we legitimately didn't realize they were about to close when we walked in and he just snubbed me. What a jerk. I'll go back again because I like their selection but I refuse to work with that jerk! The younger gentleman working Sunday May 26 clearly enjoys what he does and I look forward to working with him in the future. He really went above and beyond. If he's not a manager. He's definitely manager material. The other guy shouldn't even work there. Didn't even have the right jeans for his boots.

Every time my husband and I go to this store, we get followed around and it makes us feel very uncomfortable. The employees are only friendly at the cashier as long as you are purchasing something. So if you go to this store, make sure you arenât just looking around to see what they have.. youâll be followed around and asked every five minutes if everything is ok. Very disappointing.
