Had excellent service here. I made an appointment on Saturday 3/29 with Heather Rice at 11 am for a new checking account. Let me say, she was prompt to the appointment, she was very knowledgeable and got me set up with a Chase checking account. Heather made sure to explain all that Chase has to offer. She was very sweet and to the point. It was my first time at this bank and she made me feel very welcome and understood.
The security guy even greeted me at the door and opened the door for me. He was very pleasant.
I want to say Thank You for the amazing experience and customer service, it's very rare to find these days.
I will be transferring from OCCU to Chase bank for my new checking account. Again, thank you so much for all the help and great customer experience that Chase bank has to offer.

My wife and I have been dealing with this bank for over a decade and would recommend it to anyone. We recently had a computer foul up scare, but Ginny was able to figure it out and fix it. Great service!

Part II
Here we are in June. I went to Chase bank off Sleater-Kinney rd. on June 3rd thru the drive to make a cashiers check for a cleaning contractor which I put on one withdrawal slip and a cash withdrawal on a seperate slip however the teller at the window messed that all up and gave me all cash instead of a cashier check for $ amount for the cleaners and $ in cash.
I then asked if I can order a debit card for my personal bank account and she brought another teller to help and he asked me if I ever had a debit card with the account I let him know I don't know. Him and the other female teller at the window checked and let me know there was no debit card ever issued to that account and that I would need to come in to set up a debit card pin number twice. The male teller reassured me that it would be a quick process 3-5 minutes.
I left the teller window at the drive thru and went into the branch.
When I walked in the employee Shelby was standing off to the right by the cubicle talking with another employee and in a sarcastic tone loudly Shelby said Hi to me as I walked in and something along the lines welcome in thank you for coming in (in a sarcastic voice) , I did not say anything to her or respond to her..I'm not required to and especially after my last interaction with her on May 9th when she told me if I did not like it there that I was welcome to go to another branch.
However, what I did over hear Shleby saying after I walked in was Shelby stating to one of the other employees (about me) see she doesn't even say hi back and started laughing out loud about it which I could hear this all clearly from where I was standing. Very unprofessional.
I have a requested a copy of videos from Chase bank at this branch for May 8th, May 9th, June 3rd of her talking about me the customer, specifically June 3rd video after 10:15am again for not saying hi to her which I have every right not to and her getting offended and then a negative review when I was only in the branch for literally 2 minutes. This employee for some reason has something against me everytime I have come to that branch since this employee has been working there at least that is how it comes off with her unprofessional attidude toward me everytime and after receiving a 1 star review on June 3rd an hour later after her behavior when I walked in this last time just to set up my debit card pin is very disturbing.
What's even odder is this Google account owner under the name Alice White has only ever left one review within the hour that I received the negative review on June 3rd and that is the 1 star left on my account obviously it is a fake account either owned by Shelby or someone she knows. Again this will be investigated again this is borderline bullying of a customer and defamation against a business and will not be tolerated.
What's even odder is this Google account owner under the name Alice White when the review was left on my account (I have a screen shot the account which has been shared with corporate) this account from "Alice White" after leaving the one review when it wrote a negative review on my business account and then 24 hours later while out to lunch with clients (witnesses w/cameras present) suddenly the account had reviewed/anwered 5 other accounts so the account owner āAlice Whiteā got busy overnight. Obviously it is a fake account either owned by their teller Shelby or someone she knows.
I will have to close all my accounts at this bank very soon as I cannot be banking in an uncomfortable environment or doing business with a business that allows this type of behavior from their employee(s). A customer should not ever feel unwelcome.

After getting the run-around all day by other branches on why they couldn't help me notorize a document, Ms Rice was happy to help get me sorted, despite being super busy. Worth the drive out of area, to come to this branch. Thanks, again!

Don't answer their phone at the branch and no way to leave a message for a mortgage banker. Also, no one will give you the mortgage banker phone number or hours or their daily locations (as this person services more than one branch). How does one get a mortgage???

I drove 30 miles on a Saturday because online they said they were open. However they are not. Iāve just wasted time and gas and the return bus ticket I am going to need is going to be even more expensive on Monday. Thanks for screwing me chase once again. I hope cryptocurrency takes over and puts you out or ai scams the whole world till money is meaningless. Just I hope if itās going to be bad let it b truly bad so that we can rebuild with knowledge and perspective not the same greedy office jockeys. Now I gotta drive 30 miles back totaling 60 something miles thatās like $12 I didnāt want to spend to begin with.

The service i received at the Lacey location was excellent. Not only were two tellers respectful and kind, they were supportive , instructional and quick to respond. I was totally impressed by Carmen and Jami when I needed this bank to respond to internet issues regarding my new Amazon credit/Chase card. And the Saturday hours was a lifesaver for me. Great job guys!!
