I attempted to call Chase to have a conversation with someone about my escrow account and was unable to find a number were I could talk with a person. The phone tree AI was insufficient very frustrating.

This Chase branch is horrible! Most of the time the ATM machine is not working and is NOT CONVENIENT. So don’t waste your time use the Chase Bank on Sleater Kinney

One of the employee so mean close my account that I’m being customer for many many years without the branch manager investigating it they just listen to there employee it’s not fear I’m a victim of wrong accusations. Hope you happy who ever your are

Was not very impressed with this location. Had to wait 20 minutes for cash, and let their manager know when I came in that I wanted to speak with a banker. The manager didn't appear to take heed of my request, asked again to speak to a banker when I was getting cash at a teller and same sort of response that they'd see. Chase has a bad habit of discriminating against anyone not in a suit and cutting the corporate image. After a few more minutes of waiting, I just left. The manager decided to 'sit in' on another bankers work instead of help me.
Set an appointment to meet with a banker and was thoroughly disgusted with Chase's business practices. The banker was not very knowledgeable about their account option. At one point she stated "I cannot recommend this account because it is not in the banks best interest." Ie the account was perfect for my needs, and the only available option presented by the banker, but the bank would make less that way, so they would prefer I picked one of their recommendations that is better for the bank and worse for me. I asked about getting a card replaced if lost/stolen and the banker couldn't even answer that question. She directed my to call the help number on the back of the card. Aren't I sitting in a Chase Bank, asking a Chase Banker about my card?

The employees at this location seem to not all be on the same page. I went in a month ago to find out why I was being charged 12 dollars a month the employee told me I had to keep a 1000 minimum in the account. Fast forward a month later I’ve kept around 6k in that account since and I get charged again. I went in to talk to the employees about it and they are saying it’s because of my billing date and told me a different amount is the minimum. Mind you when I went in the first time to inquire about this charge I asked the lady if I would be charged again next month if from that day forward I kept more then 1000 in it she assured me I wouldn’t be charged again. The employees today didn’t seem to care that this had happened, never offered me a refund or any sort of accountability on their part so I closed my account and am going to bank elsewhere.

So Chase Bank relinquished my mother's bank account after allowing my now estranged father to forge my Mother's signature in taking out the mortgage in the home that she resides in after a dispute because he was stealing from our family inheritance. Chase has declined comment or even mediate a resolution. They have just passed us by. Thank you Chase and Charles Partain for the damages you have caused our family.

I met with David Heerlyn today and he went above and beyond to get me set up with 2 new accounts! He was warm and knowledgeable. I feel my decision to leave Bank of America for Chase was the right one merely based on the high level of service I received. P.S. Bank Teller LaVon was also kind and warm. I’m glad to be banking with Chase.

I went to cash a check that was drawn on Chase Bank. I have a Chase Bank account that I provided and they wouldn’t even cash the check. Very poor customer service.
