My 2yo daughter has been attending City Kids for over a year now and our experience has been so reassuring and wonderful. The staff keep great communication, even throughout the day to ease your mind. Recently, they have been going through a remodel that hasn’t disrupted the class schedule hardly at all! Everything is looking brand new!! My daughter enjoys her friends and teachers and knows them all by name. These women are dedicated to teaching children and it shows. My daughter has learned so much since attending City Kids! From numbers, ABC’s, and colors to independence, confidence, and rules. The kids are always fed and kept busy with creative art projects that parents can take home, outdoor play on a brand new turf playground, and free play with fellow classmates. Overall I give City Kids five stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My daughter attended City Kids for 16 months through 2022-2023. During the first few months, she struggled a lot in the mornings when I would leave, often times crying and getting emotional. The staff at City Kids were all wonderful in giving her a little extra attention and trying to comfort her during those times. She grew to absolutely love her teachers (Mrs. Ryah, Mrs. T, Mrs. Shelby and Mrs. Mariah). They were all wonderful with her and help prepare her for kindergarten. They held a very adorable graduation for the kiddos going off to kindergarten and it was obvious the teachers really did care about all the kiddos. From financial/professional standpoint, there were times when it was frustrating that the school would shut down due to sickness of kids and/or staff, lack of staffing and other various reasons. While I know this is normal, as a private payor it was a bit of a bummer to not get reimbursed for the days that the school had to close. I totally get not being reimbursed when your kid doesn't attend as you have to pay to hold their spot, but I'm pretty sure DSHS doesn't pay the school when they close, why do private payors have to?Again , the financial piece was just a small downside of the school but overall it was a wonderful place to send our daughter and I'm happy she attended City Kids. I would definitely recommend :)

I'm happy and satisfied with the overall care and learning my daughter has received the last 2 years here at City Kids.If it weren't for my daughter to say the least, who is excited to be able to go have fun and participate with the other kids there. Which (if not the sole reason she attends here)her outlook is my most important concern. Thanks in part to the communication that comes from her teachers and most of all the owner / management! ??

My ~3yo grandson attends City Kids and is excited to be there every morning when I drop him off. He loves his teacher and she loves him. Facilities are older, but well kept, clean, odorless.

It's a good place if your child is used to daycare. They didn't have enough staff for my child to continue, and sadly we had to pull her out in the second week. If you need daycare though I would give it a try

After being dropped from Sequoia’s Treehouse (after paying a full deposit and waiting over a month to start), the owner of City Kids reached out to me personally, recognizing my struggle (among many moms in the area)— ALL daycares for infants were full, even in other counties. She informed me that in a response to the demand, she would be opening a new infant room, which she put us into immediately. The staff are engaged and totally transparent. I have two of them as Facebook friends, and we connect throughout the day as needed, sharing pictures and such. The owner, Kirsten, gives out her direct line, and is genuinely concerned about my child’s needs. The art projects they create are timeless treasures. They feed him as directed, and follow directions with ease. If there’s ever a problem, they will go through the necessary training or make a change to correct that problem, just speak up.I have never been delinquent on payment... perhaps that’s the difference in other user’s experience. :x just a thought.

Amazing staff and early learning program. When i drop my child off I know she is loved and taken care of by people that sincerely care about her and love what they do everyday.
