Placed an order and they didn’t have it, instead of notifying me that they didn’t have it, they tried to replace it with something that I completely DID NOT WANT. I have been calling for the past 3 days trying to talk someone about getting my refund for something that I didn’t even order, but no one has yet to AT LEAST ANSWER THE PHONE. This is crazy

This store has gotten so out of control with the way the employees and Loss Prevention follow their customers around if they don't look the part of what they consider "normal"... I go here because there are a few particular items I can only purchase at Walmart and I always, ALWAYS pay for my items yet I'm followed, hovered over and glared at EVERY.SINGLE.TIME, doesn't matter what time I go either and I am always consumed with anxiety the minute I walk thru the doors. There seems to always be a clique of female managers who are standing around complaining amongst each other about the lower level employees and customers. I don't ever see any employees if I need help with something. I use to enjoy shopping here..not anymore though.

While getting my kids' glasses, I decided to go to the lawn and garden section. I purchased a shovel and a raked, and would have purchased more if they didn't have bird poop on everything out there. Literally 3 dead birds above my head in the netting and broken eggs galore. Why would you allow the bird up there to begin with?! Should have just put everything down and walked out. Absolutely disgusting...

The store is laid out nicely, but they don't have enough registers with cashiers. The computerized check outs leave me asking for a paycheck and I get my bank account emptied from using the self check outs.
