College Point Storage makes it very easy to get into a unit. From the time you make a reservation online to the time you move in. This is my 2nd time renting a unit from this location. The gentleman helping at the front desk was so kind. I believe his name was Michael Olguín. Great customer service interactions are very few far between these days. I walked out of the office in shock.

Nice facility, but the price has gone up from $77- $127 since I got a 5X6 unit there. It just keeps going up multiple times a year! My advice, buy a shed instead!

Shout out to Ray and Mike for being friendly and very helpful! Very clean and well-maintained facilities. I always felt safe even when visiting alone.

Went in to pay for a space I reserved but wanted to look at it first as it was labeled a premium unit. Ray was incredibly rude, and acted put-out because he had to take me to show it to me. Complained about locking the door and then was condescending. I walked out and am taking my business to a competitor. No thank you.
