So I went to cash my check last week since it was a Saturday they couldn't verify that kinda messed up my Vegas trip but whatever next week went in again got another lady nice n sweet she verify it n wrote ok on the check but she had to get approval from Another worker and it happen to be the same lady last week she looked at it and stated "did she(me) wrote ok on the check?" Like why would I write ok on the check!!! So disrespectful I'm so happy I don't bank with them ..

Just when you think it's ok to go to the bank Saturday because you can't get there in time on Friday's after work. They are closed and now you have no money for the weekend! Niice!! Posted hours 9-1pm unless they change there mind.

Jerry Holman is the person you need to see if you are interested in a home loan. Jerry brings a wealth of knowledge to the table and knows all the ins and outs about home mortgages. Jerry really took the time to explain all the different lending products Columbia Bank had to offer and I never felt pressured. Jerry was sincere and I truly felt that he was looking out for my best interest. I would highly recommend asking for Jerry if you need financing for your next home or rental property.

Bank manager has poor customer service. Lied to spouse on when funds would be available. This account is not a personal account it is a business. Other branches have been just fine and great. This one not so much. When you tell a person funds would be available in 72 hrs and even with a holiday interruption it's not available till almost 2 weeks later? Come to find out it wasn't the check needing to be processed that was holding things up it was THE BRANCH MANAGER. He was holding the funds back. In this time of COVID where people need to get paid how the hell do you expect a person to run a business when funds aren't released in a timely manner?Oh and if you are curious about a person's background in knowing customer service try working retail for 10+ years not just in cleaning or working a register but knowing how to sell and when someone is trying to sell you something knowing you'll get a kick back when they say yes. Poorly done man, poorly done.

Love this bank!!! Customer service here is amazing. I'm always greeted by name with a smile. They have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions. My purse was stolen and the staff here got everything cancelled, closed and protected within minutes and then got all new accounts and cards set up. All my direct payments transitioned to the new accounts without any hiccup. Staff all seem like they love their job and the atmosphere is super friendly.

Great customer service but 1 teller on a Saturday before a closed holiday sucks! Waited 15-20 to do my work deposit and get change.
