The rooms here at the Comfort Inn are nice compared to other hotels in this area. A hot breakfast is served everyday. That was a huge thing for us; another way to save money. Oh, and free parking!
I'd like to send a big Mahalo to Nancy at the front desk. We caught the red-eye flight from Hawaii and drove from Seattle to Lacey in the early morning. She seen that we were tired and let us check in early. Thank you to her for being nice and compassionate to see that we were tired.
The location is perfect for us. Close to the college. Near Costco, Target, Walmart, and Safeway.

Got the job done. Hot tub wasn't working right but the pool/tub does stay open later for adults.

This hotel is very nice and quiet off the freeway, with several restaurants close by. They serve a diverse continental breakfast with good coffee. The staff is friendly and helpful with directions or questions about the area.

Right off I5 and not far from the 101 interchange. Clean rooms, good service, and adequate breakfast.

A little dusty, great location near shopping stores. Surrounding trees makes it feel secluded, private, and quiet. Elevator is old and small. Only one elevator. TV channel is limited.

We stayed in the handicapped accessible room 106. The bathroom was excellent. But the bed was so uncomfortable that I hurt my back trying to sleep on it. We could not stay another night under those conditions. We are gold members and have stayed in many choice hotels. This room smelled bad with stained carpet and dingy lighting. It must have been pet friendly at some point. I needed to plug in my cell phone and tablet but my plug in kept falling out of the old worn out plugs. When I moved the end table out from the wall to look for another plug, I could see that it had not been vacuumed back there for a long time. I never did find a good plug in. The AC control panel was so dirty that my wet wipe turned black when I attempted to clean it. Were any of the surfaces wiped down?? The fridge was not clean. I don’t mind old furniture and appliances if they are clean.

Overpriced
Room was very dark without decent lights.
Hot tub jets did not work
If you want housekeeping you have to request the service.
Furniture in rooms outdated and beds uncomfortable furniture in need of repairs.
If you wanted to use the free internet you had to sign up for the rewards program.
Front desk staff was helpful . We did have to wait for check in since internet was down,
Plenty of Breakfeast options.

After driving with my daughter from California arrived at the hotel an hour before check in and was meet by a lovely compassionate receptionist named Andrea. She took time to see if any of the rooms were cleaned and ready and checked us in. A very road weary driver so grateful for the clean room and warm shower. Thank you Andrea!!

Rooms are outdated. Door wouldn't shut on it's own and had to be pulled shut. Spiders in bathroom and in the room above the bed. Didn't feel clean and I will not stay here again. Breakfast area was messy on counters as well. Not impressed!

The first room I was in, the AC didn't work. I was transferred to another room and the bathroom had a mildewy moldy smell.

Woke up to our vehicle broken into - windows smashed, damage to the trunk, and military items stolen.
Police handling the case said this was not the part of Lacey you want to stay. There is a homeless camp nearby and the police are always in the area handling these types of cases.
Just a warning to anyone military affiliated looking for a place to stay while waiting for housing. This area is not it!!!!!!

We had to stay at the comfort inn unexpectedly due to a home emergency. We were able to get a room same-day which was nice. Check-in was easy. The room itself was fine- a little dingy, but overall clean. Our room phone did not work at all. However, we did notice a huge safety concern with the door to our room not shutting unless you force it shut. We realized this because our door had been just barely open all night long. You could also hear noise from the hallway and freeway/street in your room, and there were a LOT of kids staying in the hotel. The hotel staff is nice but they do not seem like they want to be there at all, and I don't blame them. They seemed slightly understaffed, and on several occasions, I witnessed guests being very rude and demanding with the front desk. The pool was OK but is not very deep. The breakfast was simple, but filling and tasty enough. The hotel is within walking distance of several restaurants and gas-stations. It is really awkward to find the first time you are going there as the entrance is set back in a really weird place. I wouldn't recommend this place as a vacation stay, but if you really need something in a pinch then it works.

I've had the pleasure of staying at this hotel twice so far, and one aspect that truly stands out is the exceptional hospitality. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the manager's professionalism leaves a lasting impression. Their dedication to guest satisfaction truly enhances the overall experience.
