Went to get a brisket for the smoker but they were just a little too big for it and wife asked a young man named Kenneth from the meat department if he could check if they may have had one just a little bit smaller and he said of course taking the time to search for what we needed and leaving the store happy. Order somthing easy, a ice cream sunday no food. Wait 20 minutes, seeing numbers after mine getting it multiple times. What's the point of a number system if you do t use it. 2 days ago I waited 1 hour for a cheese pizza. I honestly don't know what the issue is at the Lacey, wa location. Needs better management. I left and got the ticket voided it was so bad.

If you are paying cash don’t even bother you will just stand there forever and no one will come to help you. Terrible service and it wasn’t even during busy hours.

Lately it has been terrible. Pizza is greesy and crust soggy. I do not know how they are screwing up the pizza. Always packed so you have to wait 20 minutes to get your food. They do not have enough tables.

Lately I've been picking up a cheap dinner for one with a slice of pizza, the soda, a hot dog, and a cup of soft serve. Eating out has gotten so expensive so when I don't want to cook I just stop by Costco.I've been buying my gas from Costco for 26 years. The other day it was $5.7? a gallon because it's summer. The lines look long, but it always moves quickly. I love that I get my rebate check once a year too.
