I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but I can’t stay silent about how this experience made me feel. When I went to pick up my mouthwash prescription, I was met with judgmental looks and condescending attitudes from both the pharmacist and the pharmacy tech. Their tone and body language made me feel small, stupid, and like a burden — not a patient seeking care. I left feeling humiliated and ashamed, and I ended up crying in the parking lot.
No one should be made to feel like that for simply picking up medication they need. I felt less than human — like I was being treated as something dirty or unworthy. It was dehumanizing, and honestly, it was deeply depressing. I will never feel comfortable going back here again. Patients deserve compassion, not judgment.

Do not transfer your prescriptions here and do not get them filled here. The entire staff is incompetent from the helpers at the front to the pharmacist. They refuse to do anywork on your side and expect you to do it all for you. Don't waste your time or money here.

If I could give a negative 10 I would.

Pharmacy responded to phone messages. I kept getting ping ponged between insurance and CVS over a medication.
The pharmacist took the time to call my insurance, getting the override, which had been established to even get the prescription ordered.
I'm grateful for the help but this is a VERY busy pharmacy. It will require patience.

Lines are long, customer service is terrible. I have not gone once in the last year and had even average service. Wish my insurance would let me go elsewhere.

Always clean, and friendly. Fills RXs fast. Having the $10 per month to spend every month is a Great perk!

It went from waiting on hold for at least 20 minutes to speak to someone to a voicemail system where they may or may not call me back.
Prescriptions end up being unprocessed/in process for days unless I call them and then, it’s like magic, they get filled.
Very little communication on the online dashboard so that’s why I liked calling to talk to someone even though the wait times are long. I’m often rushed because the staff speaks very fast.
I don’t get all my meds at once even though I’ve asked for auto sync but once I get them all I’m going elsewhere. This is ridiculous. So many problems every month!
I know they’re overworked but when they put my health in jeopardy it’s not a good sign.
Edit: they don’t call me back. Luckily my provider was able to talk to someone but this pharmacy is not patient centered. I have called every other day and no one has called me back. It needs to be shut down. Poor excuse for a pharmacy.
I have been trying to fill a major prescription since may 28 and it’s been a nightmare. I’m also trying to transfer prescriptions and I fear they’ll hold my medicines hostage and not transfer them.

Someone needs to ANSWER THE PHONE!
CVS has transferred all pharmacy calls to a voicemail message system and NO ONE CALLS BACK! Why? Because they are so understaffed that there isn't anyone who has time to return the calls! I live in an area that doesn't have CVS and my prescriptions are supposed to be mailed free of charge. That option was unavailable to me today since no one will answer the phone and all I get is a message that my prescription is ready for pick up until Thursday. I couldn't tell anyone that I am covered for free delivery so I had to drive all the way to the pharmacy just to find out no one can help me clear this up because "Corporate" has made these decisions in a vacuum. The line was all the way down the aisles and the wait was ridiculous...probably because NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES to address questions or issues and now everyone has to come in! I am VERY concerned that this is going to continue and I will not be able to get my free prescription deliveries that I was getting before. TERRIBLE customer service and make no mistake, it's Corporates fault! Pharmacy staff was doing their best and was great.

Nightmare! It's impossible to reach anyone via phone. On several occasions, I've had to physically go to the pharmacy for simple questions or to get my perscription refilled. They are always understaffed.

The staff are great but they aren't being supported by corporate!
The automated phone agent is useless and incredibly frustrating. They are understaffed. There have been simple issues that required me to call to resolve (prescription expiring, but then being renewed later by another doctor being flagged as on hold). If my insurer (Aetna) wasn't actively trying to make it a pain to refill anywhere else because they acquired CVS then I would go elsewhere.

I have used this CVS for a long time now, and I have no complaints. The staff are friendly, polite, and helpful in explaining what the meds are for and any other questions you may have. Sometimes, you may have a short wait, but nothing you can't deal with. Thanks, CVS. ?

insurance forces me to use CVS even though none of the ones near me are full locations with drive thru. this one doesn't even have a phone number to speak to the local staff, it's entirely automated and 99% useless. had to drive to target and wait in line to find out the RX transfer i requested a week ago didn't go thru.
