Josiah was very informative about the condition of my roof. He had pictures of the damage and explained why this damage occurred. Telling me about the damage did not convince me I needed a new roof. However, the pictures told the true story. The proof was there for me to see. Josiah also showed me a comparison of pricing in states near by so the final price did not surprise me. He also showed me the company product and I could see the quality was top notch. I was not looking to replace my roof at this time but I could see with my own eyes it was needed. Great Job Josiah!!!!

Riley and CJ were very friendly and helped us to have a good experience in deciding to get our new windows through DaBella. They were upfront about everything about the company and themselves as well. We look forward to getting our new windows with the comfort of knowing that they will be with us through the process in answering our questions or concerns about anything concerning the windows.

We had a great experience with Riley and CJ. They come into our home and explained the benefits of updating our windows. They are both very nice and attentive in listening to our decision as to which type of windows would be best for our home. They are both really nice.

I believe a company is its people and judging by the sales consultant this is a very knowledgeable and professional outfit. Mike was able to take me through the ins and outs of the construction process and wasn't pushy or over bearing while keeping the humor light and airy.

I was on the fence about potential construction costs and the headache that comes with it luckily I was greeted with a very professional consultation with one Mike Furlong , he not only answered all my questions but also took the time to understand what me and my wife were hoping to accomplish with our needs! Very professional and super funny guy, we really felt as though a large weight was lifted off our shoulders just from speaking with him! I would highly recommend Mike , just don’t ask him about pull tabs! Thanks again Mike!

EDITED TO ADD: The manager of this location, Michael P, FIGURED OUT WHERE I WORK and attempted multiple times to gain access to me so he could confront me about this review.When asked if he always searches out folks that leave negative reviews, he said that if they are in lacey he will.Not only does that radiate bad business practice, it is terrifying for any potential customers and reviewers.Now, instead of saying my piece and letting you decide for yourself, I enthusiastically encourage anyone researching this company to find another company that does not act in such an aggressive and terrifying manner.Also, they didn't bother responding to my review until yesterday, only after failing to confront me at my workplace during work hours.Original review:I will never patron this company. I am regularly near where this business operates, I have seen some concerning things.I've watched one of their employees quite literally break into the building (like, a whole door had to be replaced due to the severity of the damage) during after hours when the doors are locked.I've been trapped in a parking spot by employees parked in the middle of the roadway, refusing to move their vehicle because they were cleaning their car out.A large amount (not all) of employees are not respectful of the other tenants of the building, often yelling in the common areas, the sound carrying into other suites.If you enter their office, there's nobody at the desk. I've waited and shouted "Hello?" with no response. They were too absorbed in their meeting somewhere in the back, and they were talking disparagingly about customers.The entire company gives off an aura that they are in the business of making money no matter how it affects the people around them. This company and their employees are disrespectful to and about their customers and neighbors, I would never be able to bring myself to give my business to them.If only there were an option for 0 stars.

I had Dabella come out and give me an estimate in 2019 about a leak in one of our rooms. They gave me an estimate for GAF shingles said to be good shingles that will last me.Fast forward to now, I now have issues with mold/venting(roof)/insulation. Looks like the roof was not installed properly. I called Dabella several times and spoke to a rep for CS named Britney, she was not very helpful by the way. I told her that I needed to speak to her Supervisor and was asked why?, twice. I felt that I was being pushed off to be someone elses problem. I had a 2 year labor contract with Dabella and since that expired I had to refer to our Golden Pledge Lifetime warranty with GAF.Dabella hired a contractor who did a very poof job replacing our whole entire roof and charges us thousands of dollars for it. I tried filling a claim with GAF and they sent me a general copy/sample of a GAF warranty and highlighted what is not covered. Which was mold/damages to the shealthing/ventilation issues caused by the contractors who installed our roof incorrectly and did a very poor job on it.I called around and asked several companies to come out and provide me with an estimate for a brand new roof and when I gave the name Dabella they knew they are not a good company and have also heard bad things about them.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU NOT TO USE THIS COMPANY!!! THERE IS NO INTEGRITY / HONESTY OR PROFESSIONALISM.They just want your money and leave you high and dry trying to fix their mistakes. I am very disappointed and stressed that we have spent so much money in hopes to fix our roof and 5 years later we are now having to pay more money again for a new roof that Dabella failed to install correctly in the first place.

High pressure and unethical sales practices. Two examples I can list is when I stopped answering their calls, they called me pretending to be a U.S. Army Recruiter. The second is when I told a rep I had changed my mind, he refused to leave my driveway for the entirety of the scheduled appointment. Please do not do business with this company.
