Completely incompetent!
They sent confirmation three times for a delivery on Tuesday . Stated they would give me a 24 hour heads up as to our time window. They never did do that. I got a text that morning telling me it would be delivered between 1130 and 1230. They did not show up they did not call. They did not respond to my phone call to them or my email. Also during confirmation I was told if I was not there and they needed to re-deliver I would be charged $200 for re-delivery. Poor customer service.
I then phoned the company that I ordered from in which they got a hold of deliveright they wanted to re-deliver on Thursday. I stated that would not work that Saturday would work for us. while on the phone, I got a text confirmation stating they would be here on Saturday. Great, so I thought…
Thursday while at work during my training meeting, I get a phone call stating they want to deliver in 45 minutes. Fortunately, I phoned my husband and he was able to leave work early for the delivery.
However, that was not the end of the story. The two delivery people acted as if they had never even lifted a piece of furniture before let alone had delivery experience. Had it not been for my husband walking them through how to get a 4 foot wide piece of furniture through a 3 foot door without destroying it. It would not have happened. My husband had to instruct them how to get it off the truck safely, how to lay it flat before trying to open the crate so it didn’t fall out, and how not to trip over all the garbage in the back of the truck.

We went to the warehouse in Lacey to pick up our item. They were very helpful and polite in getting it loaded onto our truck. Nice folks.

I ordered furniture in April still have never received it and its August 3rd today !Do not use this company for any delivery services!

This is the second time I have had to receive a delivery from Deliveright. The first time my shipment was sitting at their facility for almost 2 weeks with no call, no email, no text notification saying it arrived and that a delivery needed to be scheduled. This is all during Covid, so I understand things are taking a little longer. So I am not hounding anyone if things aren't taking blank number of days. I check online for an update only to find out my furniture was delivered 12 days prior and and they were attempting to charge me a storage fee because delivery wasn't set up.. well... I never received a notification stating the furniture arrived. The second time around, same thing. The company I ordered furniture from stated they contacted Deliveright to give me a call to schedule delivery... 13 days later. No call. No email. No text. I am currently trying to get a hold of them to set up this delivery. I really hope companies switch their contracts. Makes it hard to want to order from certain companies if I'm going to have to deal with Deliveright. UPDATE: 7/13. It is approaching 2 months and I am still waiting for someone to tell me where my furniture is to deliver it to me. If you can choose someone else to deliver, I'd suggest it.

Is this a real place been waiting on a delivery all day been calling all day with no answer then get a message delivery failed but my question how and how come nobody answer the phone...
