Jesse was amazing! Helped me look up and purchase new rims for my fj. Only gave it 4 stars because this was my second time coming in due to my first encounter was not the best. I had an appointment and showed up but they then told me that ordering products online from their website is on back order and I would have to wait for them to call me when they arrive. I asked if they hire someone just to tell people that when they come in after being scheduled online and he said sort of. And that they can't fix the back order issue on their website and people will have to pretty much waste time out their day. But, hats off to Jesse that knows how to interact with the customer base! He needs to teach everyone there how to better interact with their customers. Jesse deserves a raise for sure. And the rims look great! Thanks for your help Jesse!

I had a Lyft call from Tacoma to Lacey when I drop the customer off my light came on to add air to my tires this was the first place I saw... Pulled in and had one of the workers Destin come help me put air in my tires he noticed that my two front tires were extremely bad and had no tread he said I think you need new tires do you have any extra time so we can take care of this issue and I said I did not because I had to drive all the way back to Tacoma and I wanted to beat the traffic and that I did not have the money to buy the tires at that time because I had just got done coming up with the rest of my rent money and paying my rent he then said no worries I will help you get free tires because I don't want you driving on the highway in such unsafe condition, I then said no way he said yes come on in and we'll get you back on the road safely.....thank you so much Destin you are truly an amazing man with a huge heart ❤️ I can't thank you enough and the team you work with

They don’t do everything here (alignments, etc.) but what they do they do well and for a great price. Nearly half the price to swap out a set of tires than what other places were charging.

If you're like me and put off getting your tires because it was going to be a pain....don't. Just go here. My dad made an appointment online(DO THIS), I dropped my car off 45min before they closed(yes I felt awful) and it was done in 30. Check in was fast and easy, pre-paid everything, just handed them the keys and DONE! Everyone at the front desk was eager to help even though they were slammed with calls and people waiting in the lobby. HIGHLY recommend.

Great people and service for me going on 5 years now.
Had to do an update. With the exceptional work, intrractions and professionalism I again experienced today 7-5-24. I need to mention Jeremy who through all the set backs and failed expected timelines, still came through in a pinch and helped me. Dustin and Nate who did the work and who put up with my initial reaction on the setbacks that occurred. They stayed professional and calm during the phone calls. ( Sorry I was such a pain) You guys are great. THANK YOU ALL lacey discount tires!!

We experienced a blow out on the highway while traveling across country. Discount tires ordered us a new tire had it delivered 24 hours later. We arrived to have it mounted and Carl delivered excellent customer service! He even had to tell the warranty company how to do their job all with a smile and very professional! Thanks team for decreasing our anxiety;)

I was here a few days ago for a tire repair, and the young men working in the front were very courteous and professional. It was easy to make an appointment online, and they were very fast with the repair.
