I am surprised to see so many poor reviews. I have only had excellent service - very professional and accommodating. They have gone beyond my expectations any time I have needed to return anything. They have been easy to contact, friendly and polite, and I have received very fast service. Quality products.

Very poor customer service. Ordered next day delivery and 4 days later and UPS still hasn’t showed it’s picked up.

Still waiting on Espresso Parts to do their part! Poor customer Service full of Excuses. Just needed a part purchased and Paid for next day Air 5 days later they have created a label.Save yourself time and headache choose another provider??

Pre-ordered a several thousand dollar espresso machine, after over a month of it being late, the company can still not tell me when it will be delivered… After spending a significant amount of time trying to figure out the details and getting different stories from every person I spoke with in customer service. No one offered any resolution aside from me waiting or offering me a refund so after such a significant delay, i accepted a refund and canceled my order. Terrible customer service the worst communication I’ve ever experienced on a expensive purchase. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for purchasing equipment. Would’ve had an espresso machine months ago if I purchase from another company.

Deceptive and misleading sales team who straight up lie to your face and avoid answering the most important questions. Inflexible return policy so they don't need to take responsibility. Coffee supplies including Everpure water filters are twice the price as they are at other retailers. I spent almost $13k here and am still paying to fix the mistake of trusting Jason Malc*lm.

A very helpful person named Dave walked me through a parts list for my machine and knew stuff beyond just the parts. They had all the parts I needed for my Rancilio Silvia and then some. I will definitely be using them again if I need more parts.

If you buy an Ascaso machine or spare parts for it, make sure to buy them from Ascaso-USA or Espresso Parts. Their customer support is fantastic—very supportive and knowledgeable staff.I bought parts for my broken Ascaso. But I’m not a professional, and I struggled to put the replacement parts. So I asked many questions by email, and my experience with Espresso Parts was exceptional.What I realized using an Ascaso machine at home for three years is, Espresso machine can have troubles over time. And having a service for a broken machine is difficult, especially for machines like Ascaso, exported, and not too popular in the US. What you want is an excellent service when you have trouble... I had terrible experiences with another retailer getting a simple answer to my questions... But my experience with Espresso parts was terrific. Highly recommended!

Incredible service during the COVID-19 situation. The fastest I’ve had from an ordering service bar none. They got it out in a day and USPS First class got it cross country in two days! Awesome!

Shipping from these guys is nothing short of abysmal. I totally understand a short wait to get products shipped out but this is 2019 guys and girls... it shouldn’t take longer than 2 days for you to ship product after receiving an order. Lesson learned, I’ll source stuff elsewhere in the future, if you can’t step things up.
