These guys are the best of the best. Honest, prompt and knowledgeable. From Dennis at the front desk keeping me updated on the diagnosis and Troy going above and beyond with a quick resolution and pointing out other concerns that not even the Chevy dealer noted (went in the an oil change and inspection only 2 weeks ago). He called me to even show me under the vehicle what exactly he was talking about. He paid great attention to detail. Everyone there is kind and communicative. I can’t thank them enough for getting my corvette back on the road same day. Finding a trusting mechanic shop is somewhat rare and these guys are definitely the ones to go to.

This is an edited post. Interpret it how you will, but these are the facts. I'm new to the area and came to this shop based on reviews. I'm a young black male in college, so I don't have a ton of money. I brought my own parts into the shop, hoping to save a little money, and was quoted $361 and some change out the door including tax. When I picked up my vehicle the price changed to $425 and some change, due to additional work on my vehicle. I was never informed of a price change before arriving to get my vehicle and I never approved of any additional work. I gave 1 star because repairs were NOT made, time of completion was fabricated, and price change last second was completely unfair. These are the facts, nothing has been exaggerated or made up.

Recently, my windshield wipers stopped working in the middle of a terrible rainstorm while on I-5. Fortunately, I made it off the highway without wrecking and ended up at Expert Auto Repair. I don’t live near there, and I was pretty discombobulated by the turn of events. The folks at Expert Auto Repair were great! Took a while to find the necessary parts, but they were efficient, kind and helpful. Very blessed to have ended up there! Highly recommend!

I've had work done on two vehicles so far and have had nothing but great experiences with this shop.
The first time I had a radiator blow and they were able to get me in that day on short notice and get me out the door by the next day.
The next time they got my mom's car road ready after it sat for a year.
Fair prices, open communication both times. Dennis has always been able to answer my questions and was super helpful and professional. Kevin was great too.

Fast, easy, and skillful repairs with minimal judgement on my driving for regular auto service. Lots of heavy shiny metal and NHRA banners for the more bespoke automotive needs. Overall recommended for whatever you need done.

My old car needed a water pump, a thermostat, 2 radiator hoses, and an exhaust manifold gasket. I needed the car asap as it’s our only transportation to medical services which we frequently need. They quoted me $1800 which sounded high but I authorized it because I really needed the car back quickly. That $1800 ended up including $400 for replacing 2 radiator hoses. Yeah, highway robbery. Long story short, 3 different shops in town quoted me between $1210.00 and $1400, including tax out the door. Be wise, go elsewhere.

These guys are fantastic. Saved me a couple of times now, and for a much better price than I would have found anywhere else. It's the only place I’ll take my car ever again. If you are having any issues with your vehicle, make this place your first stop! Thanks again for fixing my rear view mirror, and in less than an hour! Plus, you guys accommodated my school hours and everything! Great customer service, great service all around!Update: These guys have replaced my engine shield. They are the only place I trust to change my oil now. They fixed my engine shield again after Ford left a screw off after putting it back on. They've saved us money more times than I can count. Just the fact that they brought up the warranty after a major car issue happened meant a lot. Neither me nor my father had any clue about that. They could have done what I suspect some other mechanics would have done in that situation. I would trust these guys over Ford any day and any other mechanic. It's nice when you find a mechanic you can trust.

Car broke down while out of town and needed the repair performed quickly. Found this place after doing some searches. Spoke with Dennis who advised they could look at it the same day. They were able to diagnose and repair the issue, and knock out some basic maintenance by end of the day, which was perfect for my need. They advised on additional items to remain aware of -- which were urgent and which were not. Hopefully I won't need to come back to Expert Auto Repair, but if I run into any other car-related issues, I know who I'm calling.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I have all my oil changed done there. Very clean shop. They are honest, take pride in their work and know what they're doing.
