New to this side of town and wasn’t familiar with how to return an item to company. I first went to FedEx within Walgreens, who don’t return packages. The FedEx worker at this location was very helpful explaining what FedEx offices could assist with these types of packages. Great and friendly service!

Both employees were very helpful. They informed me I had the wrong labels on the box. They instructed me to email them the labels and that WI-FI was available outside of the store. I did walk outside and sent email to FedEx and they printed the labels and attached to the box! Thank you FedEx!

Recently dropped a package off at this location to be returned to samsung and the package has yet to move its been 13 days. I will be heading over there tomorrow to see why this package has yet to move. I hope for that office sake they didn't steal samsungs return item because that would be the worst thing for them working in that store
