Great company and great service also very efficient. My delivery driver Russell takes great care of my family when we need a fill he’s always pleasant and most of the time here and gone and I don’t even know he’s been by. Thanks for great customer service!!

Trenching was complete, and Ed arrived with the new tank on time. He declined to drive the course after weeks of rain. He suggested our backhoe instead, and guided us through the process, completed the install, and was on his way in a timely fashion. Ed saved the day with his experience and know-how!

Long time customer. There is a specific day of the week they provide service. Most recently, I expected it to be that day the following week; instead it was right away.By the way, don't run out of propane. It happened once years ago and I got quick service for the refill. I don't recollect being charged extra and certainly not to pay in advance. I don't know if that is current policy, but I check my tank so no problem.

Ferrellgas is the best propane company I've ever dealt with. They are dependable, helpful and cheerful. They are safety conscious. I appreciate the recent inspection for safety hazards, done at no charge.

Ferrellgas has never let us down. We got a fill a couple days ago from "Dan," and once again impressed with the quality of their drivers. They always get gas to us earlier than the timetable promised, which is great as I often put off ordering in a timely fashion. Also, they don't call the dogs out after you the minute you're a little late paying the bill, which I greatly appreciate as well. I do miss being able to talk with a human being when I place an order these days, though. Automation everywhere--uggh. Over & out.

Polite driver, but the payment system is not worth my effort. Very annoying for the occasional user. I switched to a vendor that delivers and I pay for the fuel that is pumped into my tank so there is no guessing game.

Had propane delivered on 1/14. Delivery persons never knocked or contacted me. On 1/27 I received my bill in the mail. I paid the bill on 2/2. On 2/4 I received a second bill with a late fee applied. They never tried to contact me for payment and immediately imposed a late fee. Ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.

They delivered few gallons short according to my gage. That happened twice now. They say they added 40% (200 gal).

this company engages in price gouging. there must have been a shift in managment. customer service was exceptional and prices were reasonable for more than a decade. now that don't honor prices quoted over the phone and they charge significantly more than the state's average cost. I would not reccomend this company
