A bank with personality! With technology today, it is so easy to actually never step foot into a bank; however, FCB of Lacey gives you motivation to make the extra trip for personal banking service. Every staff member is professional, personable (and some even just adorable to chat with) and always so friendly. For anyone with kids like myself, they always have fresh bite-size treats, with a conveniently placed seating area filled with children's story books. My children love going to the bank now, they actually get excited to practice good behavior, read a book, get a treat and typically pass around high-fives. :) There is nothing wrong with shopping for a bank that fits your needs, go check out FCB of Lacey!

I have used First Citizens Bank in Lacey, WA on several occasions for various banking needs. I usually have the pleasure of working with Business Services Rep Rebecca Deuel. She is always friendly, professional, and very helpful. Her level of customer service is great. I plan on continuing to do business with her and First Citizens.
