Justin helped me do some printing. Their DNP printers print closer to the colors I like from Kodak. Truer color rendition from my cellphone. Prints from Walmart, using Fuji printers I did not like.

This store is awful in most ways over this past year. Just recently they remodeled the Men's restroom, which took A MONTH to complete. During that time, men had to use porta potties outside. OK, fine. Now they've started the Women's room and men have to go back outside again...in 30deg weather? Not so fun. There must have been NO planning in this project before-hand. And i've actually worked on a store bathroom remodel before and it took a week to finish. And that's just the bathrooms. The store is run very poorly...you can tell by how few employees there are working and the condition of the store if you come in at opening...chaos sometimes. As always, the associates are mostly very helpful, but you can tell they're stretched thin. One person told me they got lots of hours CUT over this year, and they're expected to do the same job with less people. Not very good managing there, corporate. That's why the shelves are bare sometimes, or stuff is where you can't reach it... or it's just a mess....no one to fix it! So yeah, if you can shop somewhere else, I'd recommend it.

Fred Meyers on Sleater-Kinney is a fabulous store, they have gourmet items with great prices, the bakery is amazing and the sushi is delicious.

I came in to get a new prescription filled for my daughter who recently had COVID-19. She is experiencing breathing issues since then. She visited her doctor who prescribed medications to help open her airways. She left straight from the doctors to fill her prescription called into the Fred Meyers pharmacy in Lacey WA. She arrived before 7p to find their hours have changed and were now closed. I returned the next day to get the prescription filled to learn that they were unable to fill part prescription and it must be ordered. The remaining items needed to be picked up in 15 minutes. I had some shopping to do and returned to the pharmacy at 1 minute past 1p and refused service because they close for lunch. I explained that I was delayed in the grocery line but was met with, we reopen at 1:30. While I was waiting an older couple approached the window and they were not turned away but were helped for the next 15 minutes. I am very disappointed in the customer service and will encourage my daughter to get her prescriptions filled elsewhere. Disappointed and dissatisfied customer!Cathy A.Lacey, WA.

I write about Fred Meyer store recording identification cards when purchasing beer, wine, and spirits. A glass of wine is a nice accompaniment to a special occasion meal. Last week, I chose to add red wine to my grocery cart during a shopping trip to Freddies. At check-out, I was asked for a personal identification to verify my age. I had no problem with that despite thinking that any intelligent and observant person would have no problem wondering why this old guy with a cane was not in assisted living. What surprised me was the cashier scanned my DOL driver's license as if it were a grocery item. When I asked why the license was scanned, I was told "That is what corporation wants us to do." NOW, REALLY! Another imposed mandate and tracking? Freddies has just lost a long-time customer.

My favorite Fred Meyer in the area to go to. The workers on the salesfloor are pretty nice and will help out with making sure you find what you need.

Cashier, Sara, at the Lacey location went above and beyond today, especially considering how hot it is today. She was friendly and knowledgeable.

Don't try to shop here in the morning. They'll have every aisle blocked with stocking crap and you'll be tripping all around the store and not able to reach anything. Why the HELL are you not doing this crap at night when people are not trying to shop?! Hope someone falls and sues them. So rude.

Seemed like the best deal for 35 mm development after comparisons but I haven't picked up my photos yet.

Quality of produce & food is usually good. Freezer section is often out of stock on things but other than that they're usually in stock. More expensive than Walmart, cheaper than Safeway. The worst part about this particular Fred Meyer is the lack of cashiers. The lines are always insanely long & take a long time to move. If this wasn't the only grocery store besides Albertsons near me, I would go elsewhere.

On Black Friday this year 2021 my mother-in-law went to Fred Meyer and purchased TCL 43"iTV with Roku today is Sunday and we have tried every day with Comcast to set up her service with that particular TV. To no avail. Tried returning TV to Fred Meyer in Lacey, WA to exchange for a better make & model and unable to do so.According to their policy there is no refund on televisions or anything electronic. I have called corporate customer service spoke to an assistant and a supervisor and they cannot offer any solutions. So I'm writing this to let everyone know that be careful when purchasing any electronics via Fred Meyer if you should need a refund. Read their policy! No one will assist you from that store or company to try and make it right. I guess, Buyer Beware is active at Fred Meyer/Kroger stores. Items are well priced because they don't WORK!

We've been shopping at Fred Meyer for several years. Can't say it's the best grocery in town, although it's better than the Tumwater store, you see less homeless running out the door with free booze. There have been a few times where we were overcharged or something purchased wasn't bagged up. The employees aren't the most friendly or helpful and they often don't have common items that I need. Today at the deli counter, a woman named Ruth passed me over several times to wait on other people who hadn't been standing there as long. Wish I could say it's unusual, but for this store, a fairly common occurrence. Safeway does better and Haggen knocks it out of the park. Meyer isn't even close.
