Ordered a game to be shipped to their store stopping into store and talking to employee and paying at the store never using their online store.
Store never called me to tell me product was in and an additional gift card I never ordered was redeemed on my account.
Returned to ask where my game was. Was told I needed to call online customer service they can’t help me.

The Prismatic Evolutions set just released and I’m waiting in line. I wait for about 2 hours and he said they ran out of the elite trainer boxes. And they had nothing else in stock related to the set, first he lied about the amount of trainer boxes they had. Then I leave the store and go back in. He starts to hand out other stuff from the set, I see people with 3+ items. He lied to me and 15+ people. This game stop is terrible and should not be trusted with your time or money.

Came in to return a defected Xbox Gen1 power cable that bought 2 days ago. When I purchased it I was told it was non refundable but women here today ( Aubrey and Abby) was SUPER nice helped me out. Not only that they helped me trade in my old Xbox for a newer Gen and gave me discounts I didn’t know I had. Amazing costumer service. Thank you Aubrey and Abby. This was the easiest experience I’ve ever had with game stop.

I love the employees at this Gamestop! The ladies are all incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Aubrey is fantastic and I enjoy talking to her everytime I come in. She is great at helping me find new games that match my interests. Awesome store with awesome staff!

I bought a PS4 pro here yesterday, Nathan helped me. He was super helpful, answered every question I had and I left feeling very good about the interaction.
Console had an issue with overheating, came back today and had a very smooth exchange. I didn’t catch their names, but the three people on shift were just as pleasant, again, I left feeling really good. I am a reserved guy, felt totally at ease here and want to see these people again.
Customer service is an extremely taxing job. I hope every shift for the people who work here is a good one. All good things to you guys! Thank you!

Edit: Jacey or whatever her name is, is a racist, rude, and an unreasonable person. She fired one of the best employees over nothing. And trash talked him to other employees and on people on the phone. It’s truly sad how disgusting a district manager can be. Best location by far. Customer service is on point. They’re not always fully staffed and they manage to keep a smile on their face and help customers as fast as they can. There’s days only one employee works and have to close down for 30 minutes to get their required lunch break. I would say that’s amazing of upper management to make it work for them. I’ll forever love this store and come here anytime of the day. Busy or not. I appreciate everything these employees do. Special appreciation to Aubry, Torian, and Nathan. You 3 make GameStop the place to be at. Keep up the wonderful work.

Edit 1/30/24: If they didn't lock up early, I wouldn't have stumbled into Gabi's Olympic Cards & Comics-- the best cards and comics store I've been in. Thanks, GameStop!They locked the doors 30 minutes early. I could see the employee eating at the counter just staring at me as I tried the door.

Terrible customer service wouldn’t recommend was in the store for 25 minutes not one employee asked if I needed help then I stand at the register for another 5 mins before the employee comes up and helps someone that totally different and wasn’t helping previously. At the end of the transaction I had to grab my receipt and purchased items …. So like I said customer service needs some help
