Edit: Jacey or whatever her name is, is a racist, rude, and an unreasonable person. She fired one of the best employees over nothing. And trash talked him to other employees and on people on the phone. It’s truly sad how disgusting a district manager can be. Best location by far. Customer service is on point. They’re not always fully staffed and they manage to keep a smile on their face and help customers as fast as they can. There’s days only one employee works and have to close down for 30 minutes to get their required lunch break. I would say that’s amazing of upper management to make it work for them. I’ll forever love this store and come here anytime of the day. Busy or not. I appreciate everything these employees do. Special appreciation to Aubry, Torian, and Nathan. You 3 make GameStop the place to be at. Keep up the wonderful work.

Edit 1/30/24: If they didn't lock up early, I wouldn't have stumbled into Gabi's Olympic Cards & Comics-- the best cards and comics store I've been in. Thanks, GameStop!They locked the doors 30 minutes early. I could see the employee eating at the counter just staring at me as I tried the door.

Terrible customer service wouldn’t recommend was in the store for 25 minutes not one employee asked if I needed help then I stand at the register for another 5 mins before the employee comes up and helps someone that totally different and wasn’t helping previously. At the end of the transaction I had to grab my receipt and purchased items …. So like I said customer service needs some help

Prior to today, I don't remember the last time I went into a GameStop, but as I wanted to get a physical copy of the new Resident Evil 4 game as a present for a friend, I walked into this location to see if they had one. Sure enough, they had a copy, and the price sticker on the game said "New - $39.99". Perfect. Took it up to the register, and they rang it up for $59.99 (+tax). I pointed out that the price tag said $39.99, so the cashier called over who I assume was a manager. First the manager started off with some obviously bullshit claim about some nefarious "person" who has been peeling off their stickers (what?), then claimed that it was an old price, then started looking online to see if they could "do an online price match". Then they said that the only way to match the online price ($49.99, which STILL wasn't the same as the marked price IN THE STORE) would be if I had some Pro subscription garbage. I walked out. Will not return.

I HATE this location. We've tried to buy Pokémon cards here on release day, and they limit to 1. Not 1 per customer, 1 per household!Other Gamestops don't do the same thing. It's the direction of this location's manager, who has a stick somewhere it shouldn't be.I live 5 minutes from this location. I will go INTO OLYMPIA, TACOMA, even SEATTLE, just to avoid this one.

Extremely helpful...I drive from rainier just to go to this location. The staff here are extremely helpful and will go way out of their way to help you.

Female customer service rep was the rudest person I've ever encountered. 5 days previous I purchased 4 xbox360 games for my son. I got him a newer console so I went to return and replace the games. From the moment I walked through the door we were not greeted, I was told my service animal wasnt allowed in the store and then she tried doing everything possible to convince me I couldn't return the games. Even more insulting, another family came in and she was completely polite to them. No excuse for this behavior. I won't be using this game stop in the future.

Me and my walked in a month ago to be completely ignored as the ones behind the registered talked amongst themselves ignoring everyone who can in. They'd ring you up but made it seem like you were bothering them. Sticking to Amazon. Or other online options before I go back to this location.

Inconsistent information is being given out I was told I can get a warranty refunded onto a new controller if I come back within 30 days and I cane back in only 2 days later because controller wasn't working properly but then they used the 1 year warranty only 2 days later and made me pay for another warranty for the next controller.

Horrid experience. The blonde was rude. The customer in front of me got horrible treatment too. He asked about his total she rudely replied, " math is hard that is why it is a core subject." I wanted to walk out then, but my son had finally found something.When I got to the register I tried to give her my number for my account, but she ignored me and then rudely asked for it after she had scanned my item. I told her I wanted to use my reward and she said I couldn't. She then told me I couldn't because it was the last day of the month. I have been able to redeem my coupon on the last day of the month for years she just refused to do it and said gamestop wouldn't let her. She then went into a condescending rant about points and I told her I wasn't confused about how to use points.Gamestop has gone down hill further and further and that's why I don't go in their stores and the staff here made the trip even less worth it. I'll spend my points online and be done with the chain. Go elsewhere with your money this store and their employees clearly do not care.

I hate to say I too have tried multiple times to go to this location to see a sign out for lunch, today was a first that said back at 5:45pm at 6pm when they close at 7pm I will just start going elsewhere too, I keep wasting gas trying to go to this location to get games or accessory’s. I wish management at this location were smarter, or better because it seems like they have no staff.
