This place is a scam. I brought my bmw in for an oil change and a check up and I left with a 3 inch nail in my tire. They said we don’t do tires.

Recently had our BMW at the dealership for a recall and the dealership found several other issues that needed to be fixed. After getting their quote I called German Car Service and they came in a couple of thousand less than the dealership. They did a great job.
Jose was great to work with and I appreciate how thorough his communication was. He even took the time to educate us on some things we could do going forward to potentially avoid more issues.

Got my car fixed here and these guys are thorough, better than the dealership. They fixed my brand new brakes that the dealership put on that were squeaky coming to a stop. I had to ride it with squeasky breaks for 50,000 miles. These guys put on some soft break pads and it resolved my squeaky issue.
I have been going to these guys for many years and trust my vehicles with them.

Fantastic mechanic for European Cars. Took my daughter’s VW in with some complicated issues and was treated so well by everyone there. They went above and beyond with diagnosing the issues and the service. Great communication with both Jose (shop manager) and the techs. I had been getting the car serviced at another European auto shop in town and did not realize how poor their service was until I came to German Motor Service. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

When I called because my car had displayed a warning light, they were able to get me in the same day. They were able to diagnose and get the problem fixed the very next day. When I came back with concerns, they made me a priority and took care of it all in my lunch break. I highly recommend German Car Service for any of your vehicle needs.

Just got a quote for my BMW for rear brakes service for over $1k. But that’s after I called BMW Tacoma and they quoted me $698. Both quotes are after tax (out the door price). Guy on the phone sounded annoyed and told me to go back to BMW Tacoma like I was lying to him. How a business treat you when you are NOT buying from them can tell a lot about them.

This place is TERRIBLE!! Don’t give these guys your business!! I got a service done and now my check engine light is on! And of course it has NOTHING to do with what they did!! I was a service manger at 2 different dealers here locally and would never do business like this!! Avoid at all costs!! Unless you want to have more repairs!! Very disappointing!!

I am a returning customer and recently visited German Car Service for an oil change on my BMW. Scheduling was easy and communication was the best, just as always! We discussed future services which may be necessary for my 10-year-old vehicle, and how that might be budgeted into the future. I always know that German Car Service will give me an honest appraisal of what is needed to keep my car running as smoothly as it always has.

Jose and the team are always awesome! They handled an issue with my high pressure fuel pump and fuel injector and got my car running like new. I was also able to provide parts to save on cost, which was great. They also provide military discounts! Thanks again!
