Michael had great information and really knew what he was talking about. He was friendly and was really passionate about his job. Only downside that I saw was the lack of stock, he said that some of the things he reccomends highly were not stocked and that's kind of a bummer honestly.

Can't even go in, "be back soon" sign just changes every hour in the "be back" time, pushing it back an hour every time the hour passes. they're just holed up back there like they're besieged for hours on end

Have had good experiences at this GNC but my last few visits made me avoid this place and start going to super supplements down the street which has the same stuff and actually way more than GNC. But I ordered a product online and they sent me the wrong flavor and I got peanut butter flavored, which I am allergic to peanut butter, so I went to exchange it and had the most unpleasant experience. The employee would've rather I just ate it I think. Then I went looking for something that I bought every other month there and I was told they 'never had that product before'. But he sent me to Super Supplements which had the stuff I wanted so it turned out well.

Very good customer service. I walked in with my fiance and we were looking for meal replacement shakes. Automatically I was given help and information about the products. Jacob did an amazing job at assisting us with our questions. I will be back! Highly recommend. A++ for quality :)

stores a mess, items on shelfs that expired months ago, seems like manager and employees dont do anything, rude employee think his name was nick or mike but haven’t seen him in a while guess he got fired which i hope so, employees dont know what they’re talking about
