I went in with semi healthy hair for my first trim in 6 months. She never wet my hair and RAZOR CUT it DRY. She essentially gave me split ends and destroyed my hair causing me to cut off several inches when I’ve been trying to grow it out for years. Thank you, because you’ve created an expensive salon goer out of me.

They had so many good reviews when i went and my coworker loved their haircut. The person that did mine cut my hair way too short and now im stuck with it. I had 3 references pictures and all of them had hair longer that how mine turned out. There wasnt much talk about length before or during the cut. I absolutely will not be coming back. Maybe work on what the client wants instead of pushing product.

Used to be a fairly frequent customer. Some great hairstylist, some petty/ passive-aggressive ones as of recent. Ladies are probably just overworked, It's an in and out industry after all, I think they ultimately need more stylists working there, and maybe it'll improve.
