Due to a mobility disability, I use a motorized cart. My new local Groc Outlet (I moved to the area last year) has the worst, most difficult to operate, motorized cart I've ever used in my life. Where did they find this thing??

Staff are always friendly and helpful per usual. There is a great selection of food and products. I love this location!
The Grocery Outlet in Lacey was is decent size with a lot of selection, including organic products. The staff are friendly! I always have a nice chat when I'm checking out. If you prefer quiet, they don't force conversations, if that's a concern.

People are great, little complaints on the products but fix the lights! A good number of the lights flicker to the point that I feel like I'm going to throw up or have a seizure. I really cannot go back unless they want to clean up vomit

Walked in to purchase k-cup coffee, sales attendant Chevelle was very polite and attentive to her surroundings.
After working for years in both household goods and gas sales, I have learned what to be alert for. This person deserves a raise.
The store is clean, everything is organized well. There are always carts to use, but most of all, the place is kept safe.

This location is fantastic! They have the Kopico Coffee we enjoy, and many other great items that taste great, too.
We have driven here from Aberdeen because this location is larger, with more product, and very helpful staff.
Love this location.
