Tina, cut my hair for months. At first she didn't understand that texturizing is not a good technique for my type of hair, I was happy with the haircuts a simple bob. I showed my appreciation to Tina by increasing my tip. Tina showed her appreciation by texturizing my hair and attempting to cover it up by flat ironing my hair. She damaged my hair intentionally by texturizing which I had expressed many times not to do to my hair. It caused my hair to be wavy and difficult to manage. It took months to got out the texturized hair. It is extremely annoying trying to understand why she intentionally destroyed my hair. Simply a malicious act. Don't allow her near your hair! I would also warn against the little man that works there, very rude.

I had a terrible experience here with my daughter. Tien was very rude, constantly commenting on how my daughter’s hair was too thick. We wanted a blowout and a simple bun for a wedding we were going to in the afternoon. We had a horrible time and ended up leaving, going home, showering and doing our hair ourselves. We are really disappointed on how we were treated.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. The male worker who cut my hair ruined it completely. I have a special event coming up, but now I don't even want to go outside because of the ugliest bangs I've ever had. They look like they were cut by myself at home, not by a professional hair technician.
To make matters worse, he didn't even bother to wet my hair before cutting it, despite it being curly. Everyone knows that you need to straighten curly hair before cutting it, but he seemed clueless. He knew he messed up because he kept asking how I wanted to fix it, but there's no fixing hair that's already been cut too short. I asked for curtain bangs, but he cut them up to my eye level!
I almost cried when he cut it. I will never come back to this salon.

I was in the area because we were using the Little Gym down the street with my 2 year old. She needed a haircut desperately, and she's my first child. I was too nervous to do it myself, and I didn't know which places would work. I found this store, I called them and asked if they could do it. They said yes, come on in! I did, and they were so kind to Evelyn. They gave her candy, she sat down, she happily had her hair cut while they were super nice to her and talked to her and she had a great time! The inside was pretty and well kept. we'll be coming back again. Attached a pic after her haircut!

I told the man that he will cut only the ends because my hair grows very slowly and I cut it as he wanted, he shaped it and I don't know I asked for it now I have it shorter than normal the first time it was excellent and now it was What he did to me is disgusting, I will never return here nor do I recommend that he cut their hair ???????????????

Went in this past Tuesday and got highlights and hair color from Tina. She did an amazing job! My first time getting highlights so it was fun to watch her work so fast. She's thorough and so very professional. I've been in the Olympia-Lacey area for 4 years and went to 3 other hair stylists and Tina is by far the best! So glad to have found someone who I can trust and am comfortable with.
