The employees at this store are completely useless. I spent 45 minutes attempting to get a chain cut to length. I approached the pro desk multiple times and asked multiple employees in the neighboring aisles. I was told each time someone would be called over. After 45 minutes I gave up and left empty handed. Do not recommend, me and my business will not be back.

I love Home Depot stores and this is a good one. Really big store with tons of inventory, they rent trucks and trailers also. Because it's good it's really busy though, and the traffic in Hawks Prairie area is always tough. If you don't like it busy you can go to the Fones Rd store. Most the time that place is almost empty.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Home Depot today. I ordered Champlain Blue Satin Enamel Exterior Paint, but upon receiving my order, I discovered they had given me paint for different colors despite the label clearly indicating "Champlain Blue." Not one person apologized for this and the staff was unhelpful and made it seem like the mistake was ours. It made us has to halt our project and return to resolve the issue. This lack of accountability and poor customer service has left me deeply dissatisfied.

Greeted at the door, was directed to returns, returned item with my emailed receipt of of my mobile that was scanned easily. Amount went back on card and I was on my way shopping in minutes. Great experience with the returns department!

We went in looking for a specific product in a specific size. The website said there were 4 in the store. When we got there, we couldn't find them. We went and found an associate who came to look with us. Thomas ended up getting a ladder and moving 2 other cases out of the way to find the product we wanted. Kudos to Thomas for his excellent customer service!
