Service was terrible!! I was served by Brenna at the cashier's counter after I tried to return a plant that I had bought but could not fit in my car. She could not accept the item back even though I returned it 1hr after I bought it. And I also had the receipt plus the card I used for the purchase. She insisted that we had to wait to view the store video recording of the purchase and verify that I indeed purchased the item. I am black. I felt discriminated and profiled. I have never heard of any store needing video verification of purchase to accept returns. This is unacceptable and BRENNA should receive additional training on how to deal with customers. I will take my money to LOWES from now on.

It would be nice if the stores had employees with some kind of home repair knowledge. Most times I can't find what I'm looking for. If you need something specific, a hardware store is your best bet.

Went to pick out a few items with our contractor and I think that the selection could be a bit bigger but I also think it would make it harder for me to pick out exactly what I want lol

Today I went to this location to purchase some plants & gardening type items. So when I entered the store, I turned left to go to the gardening department. after being in the gardening department, for about five minutes, an associate came outside to ask if I needed any assistance. I asked them where the cacti were located at and they directed me to a section near the self checkout stands. I don't think this is an ideal location for plant type items. After spending about 10-15 mins picking out the items, I went to the checkout isle. There were two people in front of me & the cashiers were swapping out. The wait time was short. Once I put my items in the counter, the cashier immediately starting speaking negatively about the company I work for. I had gone straight in after my shift and was still in work uniform. She continued to speak ill through the entirety of the transaction. I will not be returning to this location.

Very friendly service! Jesse at the Lacey Washington branch was kind enough to grab a shop vac in a box and walk it to the front with me because my cart was completely full.

The houseplants are always infested with gnats or mold. I can never find an employee walking around when I need one. Generally they're out of stock on alot of items, so trips here are often frustrating.

Hailey in the flooring department went above and beyond in helping me with trying to track down some older flooring. I have never received this top notch level of customer service in my life. Definitely find her if you need any help!

I particularly like this location because the staff are quite friendly and helpful. I particularly like Miss Rachel, Mr. Erik, Miss Linde, and where is other folks whom I have been meeting for the past 10 years. This is the best supply place for all the remodeling needs as well as stuff for the farm to make chicken coops, cows, shelter, goat, shelter, or rabbit hutches. You can find decking material and all kinds of screws and power tools also. I needed metal sheeting for the roofing for the Cows shed, they have lumber in all sizes and dimensions
