By far worst experience I have had with this company. I have filed with H&R for the past 5-7 years. This location does not care about the service you receive. You are just a number to them.
Last year I filed, the “professional “ I worked with completely messed up my taxes and lied about forms she was confident in using.
She ended up delaying my return until mid August 2024 is when I got my return, and the amount I received was about 50% of what I was told I was getting. Because the forms she submitted on my behalf from the IRS mouth were wrong and she had no idea what she was doing.
This will be the LAST time I allow them to mess up my taxes and I’ll make sure everyone I know is aware of this mistake.

I initially submitted my taxes 2/9. Took a phone call on 3/13 to get them even looked at. I wasn't happy with the service and wanted to go elsewhere. The GM stepped in saying she personally would do my taxes. She failed to return my calls so ultimately I went to another company. Completely unprofessional company. Don't waste your time as I did.
