I love Kitty Klinic and hate anytime I have to go anywhere else for emergencies. They spayed both my girls and have kept them up on their vaccinations and have done their health exams, they have always been so kind and patient to deal with from the gals at the front desk and the veterinarians I’ve spoken on the phone with. Im not sure if there is more than one veterinarian there primarily but I’ve always felt like my girls were in good hands when I’ve spoken with them. I really feel like they care about the animals and do their best to get them in as quickly as possible, keep costs down, educate and help their owners make sure they have long and happy lives. I feel like they are honest with their recommendations and they’ve always taken care to answer my questions when I call or when I bring them in to make sure they get the care they need. They’ve quickly responded to requests such as getting a copy of their records. I couldn’t be happier with them and hope that they never struggle and face a position where they can’t help us anymore. Rude and unprofessional. Does not communicate properly. Also getting different diagnosis' from different vets there so not particularly trustworthy/reliable.

Grateful to Dr Lindley and her wonderful staff for the hand they have in ensuring the health of our darling kitty boy. Left TLC vet to come to Dr Lindley, and it was the right choice.

This place has the kindest most helpful, dedicated, and friendly staff. I am alway happy about the care my cat gets there. They work so hard and do a wonderful job of treating every issue with the most appropriate intervention. They are incredibly patient with animals and humans as well! The staff are very professional even in the most difficult moments. I am so impressed with the doctors and all of the staff here. My cat is pretty challenging to treat and they still work very hard to give her the best care possible. I will never take my babies anywhere else. I highly recommend this veterinarian clinic.

My family and I have been going to this vet for decades and have had nothing but great experiences.
A lot has changed since Covid. I remember as a child sitting in the waiting room with my grandma and our cat as we waited to see the vet. After about 20 minutes or so the vet would come out to greet you and invite you into an exam room. Due to the times now I understand not being able to go inside I suppose.
My cat of 13 years recently passed here at home. I thought of Kitty Klinic first because that's the only place we have ever taken our cats. I called them and they did indeed offer cremation services. I took my little girl to the clinic and said my last goodbyes to her. It was very hard for me to look over the paperwork, let alone watch a stranger take her away. The young woman that helped me was very understanding of my current emotional state and gave me the time I needed to say goodbye.
About a month had passed and I had not heard from the clinic yet, so I called and left a voicemail. I did not hear back from them, and called about 2-3 weeks later. A friend had told me that cremation sometimes takes up to a month and a half, so I wasn't super concerned. After calling back the second time I was told that my little girl was ready to be picked up.
I picked up my little girl and the box was beautiful. I had to ask the young woman working the window for the clay paw print that I had ordered with the cremation because she had forgotten it. I had brought my little girl in big foldable container with a blanket, which were both misplaced or lost by the clinic. Overall I'm not happy with not ever being contacted that my little girl was ready to be picked up. I was told prior to leaving her in your care that I would be called when everything was ready. I have lost too many people in my life recently and this was the hardest thing I've had to do recently. I didn't even want to write this review because of the emotions it brings with it. I don't think I will bring any future cats here. So much has changed in terms of quality and care.

Hello everyone. I’d like to share my story about what happened an hour ago at this place. After reading many good reviews on google I decided on taking my cat to Kitty Clinic to get him neutered and dropped him off yesterday. Drop off went smooth and things went great. Before scheduling my appointment with them, I asked if they took debit cards and Apple Pay and they said yes. I also paid 150$ prior to the procedure as a deposit so that way I would only owe around 90$ at the time of pick up.
Today I go to pick up my cat and at the window the ladies tell me, sorry but our card reader has been down and we can only accept cash or a check right now. I explain to them I have absolutely no way to get cash because I lost my debit card and my bank is a prepaid bank so I can’t just go into a local branch and take cash out and I don’t have the physical card at the moment to go to an atm, etc. cash back also does not work on my card at any store with Apple Pay and if it does, it’s always a limit to around 5-10 bucks, etc. I asked to speak to the manager to try and come up with a solution. The manager (or owner ) older lady with glasses, proceeds to tell me she will not give me my kitty back without the payment, I need to figure it out, and tells me to go away and figure it out and then come back and that it isn’t her problem I don’t have the remaining 90$ in cash. As I try to explain the situation to her she interrupts me and says I’ve already heard it all. She then compares my cat to a car and says, if you go to the mechanic and get your car fixed and don’t have the money, you don’t get your car back. I told her I do have the money and wasn’t aware her card reader was broken because nobody has informed me anything. I was in shock that she could be this heartless over an error that was their system and nothing to do with me, threaten to keep my cat and put my cat through that trauma of losing his family, and then compare my cat( a innocent breathing creature) to a replaceable car like he was worthless and doesn’t deserve to go home to his family over 90$ that they could of easily billed to me to pay later when their system got fixed and deal with the 150$ I already paid for now, etc. mind you I’m pregnant so my cat is my biggest support system and my best friend right now since I never leave home. she refused to give me my cat and said I just need to figure out getting cash to them or I lose my cat. I then proceeded to tell her that she must not care about the animals well being enough to do something like this over something that was out of my control. She then told me to never come back and her workplace would be better if I never come back Finally one of the younger girls comes out after all of this and says I can send her the money on one of the phone apps and she will pay for it herself. They gave me my cat.
It doesn’t sound like a big deal but the carelessness and the rudeness from the moment she started talking to me and threatening to keep and rehome my cat was very wrong. A veterinarian should be caring and try and figure out a solution to this sort of problem instead of telling the person to go away and figure it out and wishing harm upon a helpless cat. My cat came back smelling like death. He stinks so bad and I am just upset and this whole situation and really would like to find a way to report these people. I get that payment is IMPORTANT but it is not like I went there and said “I don’t have the money to pay” or “refused to pay.” We could have figured out another way or figured something out. I am humiliated and embarrassed.

I utilized Kitty Komfort Inn for their cat boarding services while I was traveling. I was so nervous about leaving my cat by himself for a week, but Mars and Mia (Apologies if the names are incorrect.) took excellent care of my cat. I was worried because my cat is very vocal, but they said "he was a joy to have." I also appreciated that the spaces allocated for the cats are so much larger than most cat boarding facilities. I was able to enjoy my travels thanks to their email update and them kindly responding to my phone inquiries. Thank you so much for your hard work!

I have used the Kitty Komfort Inn, which is above the Klinic on a couple of occasions. It was nice knowing that if any of my kids had an issue while being boarded, they were just upstairs from a vet.

I bring my birds here and they are terrific. Dr. Lindley was patient and kind when my bird had a stroke and has effectively instructed me on giving my handcapped conure a quality of life. Your animals will be well cared for, here.

While for the most part everyone was nice, they were only nice when it came to making the appointment. A call to make sure I didn't show up to early was met with frustration from the other end of the phone. After waiting for the Vet to call with her findings/treatment and that call coming, believe it or not, I was hung up on before I could even choke out the word "Am" to ensure I was supposed to administer the medication a certain way.
If you don't want to deal with people stricken with anxiety why are you in vet practice? If you don't want to explain to pet owners how to care for their sick pets, get out of the vet practice!
I'm unsurprised, but saddened that not only our our human medical doctors rude and withholding, but now our veterinarians are too!
