I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the customer service I have received from your facility—this has easily been the worst repair-shop experience I have ever had.
Esurance has already issued a formal guarantee of payment and full approval of the repair estimate for my Tesla Cybertruck.
Despite this, your staff has refused to even schedule an intake appointment until the insurance company’s payment is in your bank. Stating that this was a manager’s policy.
It is unreasonable to expect a customer to wait indefinitely when one of the largest insurance carriers in the country has already committed in writing to cover the repairs.
No other certified body shop I have contacted has imposed this same barrier after receiving an approved estimate and guarantee of payment.
Because of this experience, I will be moving forward with a different repair facility. I had chosen your shop because of Tesla had you listed as a certified repair , but I cannot afford further delays or this level of stupidity and ignorance.
