On 12/30/23 I bought a garbage disposal to replace my garbage disposal that had stopped working. I asked to include the installation. The disposal arrived after a week and I was scheduled for installation...and they didn't show up. I was rescheduled, and rescheduled and rescheduled - 5 times before they wrote on 1/26 to tell me that they didn't offer the installation service in my area. I'll get a REAL plumber in - today probably - but I'll never ask for installation from Lowe's again. EVER!

I can not believed that the lazy help at Lowes do not consider the customers time has ANY value. Seriously a joke. I went to get a bag of concrete one bag of concrete. I asked the person if there was somebody who could help me load it up. They started down the aisle way with a freaking forklift. I wanted one bag of concrete. I didn't know they were there to help me. But I was parked at the other side of the parking lot and thought I would help them out by pulling my truck over close to the register that I was checking out. That's the last time I help someone at Lowe's. I am sick of being treated like. I am bothering people when I ask for help, And for having to wait 25 minutes for help. Loading an eighty pound beggar concrete that would take them like two seconds. The person at the cash register was awesome and very thoughtful, But those who were supposed to be helping had way more important things to do things that did not involve the customer. Guess what people without customers you got no business. Help the customer. A wonderful woman who is also there to purchase. Some building materials was the one who actually helped me load the concrete. This is a serious joke. Lowe's sucks.

Got kicked out by Dave for absolutely no reason at all, we were looking at the hats and other equipment and we "supposedly" had been in there before when I haven't at all been in a Lowe's before in my entire life. Absolutely terrible .

don't buy wood burning pellets here. every time I get a bag from this place it's full of saw dust and it wrecks my stove. Walmart next door has the same pellets and they store them inside.

The employee Julie that helped us was absolutely great! Friendly and knowledgeable on what we were purchasing... The selection to choose from she knew where to guide us to meet our needs and wants.. Also we got what we were looking for on sale! Lowe's absolutely needs more employees like her! Although we are having to wait for what we purchased ( washer & dryer with stands ) we are happy with the value compared to some of the other brands there! 4 stars are simply because the store didn't have inventory there. But Julie the employee was excellent!!! ( Give her a raise!)

First I was disappointed that you can't find any associates after 8pm. No one to help you find anything. Tonight I went into Lowes on Martin Way in Olympia Wa to get some shelves. Lowes has a sign that clearly state that Lowes will cut your shelves to the customer desired length just ask for an associate I couldn' find an associates to help so I ask one of the cashier. She called for assistance and they replied that they did not do that service. I told her that there were a sign posted that they will custom cut shelves. The cashier asked me to take her to where the sign was located. I did just that and she saw the same sign that I did. She called again for assistance and the manager replied that Lowes does supply that service. Lowes need to remove the sign or supply the service that they advertise .

This store has gone to full self check out. Assistance has ranged from barely there to non existent over the last several years. Now I think it has just gone to none. It's close to my home, but I think it's worth the drive to support a store that cares about their customers. This one is most definitely not the one.

This is for the Lowe's garden area. I was very pleased with the selection of plants they had. I liked that. They had a good selection of pots and potting soil. The prices were reasonable the people were helpful and friendly. Like most places, the plants were a little wealthy, but seem to bring right back the next day when I watered them in the night before and I did enjoy the selection of futures that I saw.

We have spent thousands and thousands of dollars at this store during our kitchen renovation in the last 4 months. One of the associates made an honest mistake by entering the wrong dimensions of our countertops when we were planning our kitchen with a Lowe's associate. However, that associate needlessly cost us an additional $1,500 because she accidentally typed in the wrong dimensions of our island. Had we known the countertops were out of our budget, we simply would've chose other countertops that were within our budget our at least adjusted other items accordingly. We weren't upset with the associate because we understand mistakes happen. What was upsetting, however, was the lack of communication, respect, understanding, professionalism etc. by any of the customer service representatives all the way through to management. We barely got an apology after having to initiate dozens of phone calls that were never returned after being reassured that management would call us back to discuss how to rectify the situation. We were then told that if we decided not to follow through with the now out-of-budget countertops, that because we had put a deposit, we would actually lose money for not staying with those specific countertops. They obviously do not care about our business and that's fine because we have the freedom to support another store to finish our kitchen renovation! The lack of customer service we experienced after spending nearly $15,000 since January will make sure we never shop at another Lowe's with our hard-earned money again :)

I ordered 3 plastic ornament containers--essentially 3 plastic bins with 2 levels of cardboard ornament dividers. I received 3 plastic bins with no dividers. Useless. I called Lowe's "customer service" and was told the only thing they can do is give me a 15% "discount" $9 whole dollars. I now have 3 plastic bins I don't need and can't use for their original purpose. I waited 20 minutes for a person who basically told me my options were to go to my "local" Lowe's (which is 75 miles away) or take the discount. I will NEVER shop there again.

Being a homeowner I've been to a lot of hardware stores, Lowes, Home Depot, Ace, etc. And because Lowes is the closest to our pos, it's usually our go to. Now from my experience past and present, it seems that most of the folks that work there (and other hardware stores) seem kinda "habut" (pidgin Hawaiian for grumpy), not very proactive when it comes to customer service. Almost seem kinda annoyed at customers. I don't know how many times I've walked by an employee w/o being acknowledged or asked if I needed help with anything. When I do need help I always end up, 1. trying to find someone in that department and 2. asking for help. It's not to say they don't help, you just have to ask. Years of this I've kinda grown accustomed to hardware store customer service being this way. Never rude, more ignored and not engaging. This also taught me to be somewhat independent and resourceful, pretty much knowing the layout and aisles to find what I need. Then one post Thanksgiving day I stop by the Lowes in Lacey while visiting family to pick up some stuff to fix stuff around my mom's house. Through out my entire visit to that store I swear I didn't walk past one employee w/o a greeting or being asked if I need any help finding anything or what not. In all my years I don't think I've ever had this kinda customer service from a hardware store EVER! Normally they don't say anything as I walk by, in some instances they kinda walk the other way or avoid eye contact. Not this Lowes, I was greeted, smiled at, talked to. I almost didn't know what was going on. Now I don't know if it's like that all the time at this particular Lowes , but I say this with the utmost sincerity, this was the most nicest, helpful, pleasant experience in a hardware store I have ever had! Goodness, if they are like this all the time it would almost be worth that two hour commute just to shop there from my house...almost. And to top it off, I found everything I needed. As for customer service from this particular visit, 5-star!

I'm in Lowes right now, literally sitting on the concrete floor at the Wood Cutting area because I can't get assistance regardless of multiple calls over the speaker as well as an associate knowing we needed the job done (we spoke to him in the aisle and said what we needed and paid for the lumber first). I'm disabled. I can't stand this long or be on my feet this long. So it's hard for me to wait as long as this Lowes requires. Last time I was here I needed keys and gave up after over 20min (yup I counted). I ended up doing the kiosk instead and just buying a generic key instead of the Mickey key blank that I really wanted. I wanted about 5 keys all using the higher priced blanks but I couldn't get any of them. Most of the staff here is not helpful or friendly. They walk passed you with no greeting or offering of assistance. They block your way when you're trying to pass with heavy loads and don't even turn to check on you even when speaking. It's so odd. When you ask for an item that you've spent a bit of time searching for they don't seem clear or have a device on them to help look it up for you. They somewhat point to a general location, which is not helpful. This place just pains me to shop at. I see why the reviews are so bad. I have had two nice experiences since shopping here, once by Max, the Cashier, and then once by Tim J. in wood cutting area. He went above and beyond for me. So grateful for that. Many thanks to Max and Tim!

Frequented the Nursery section of Lowe's Lacey. Upon entering I asked the clerk if I could get help hauling 10 bags of river rock to my car. No problem the cashier says. I was told that "the 2 oclock guy" would load it for me. It was 2:15 when I was told this, so as I started to haul my lighter weight bags, the cashier told me the helper went off to help another customer. "I'm not going to wait" I told the cashier, so just send the guy over when he's finished. On my second unaided trip to the car I notice "the helper" is helping another employee sweep up dirt and manipulate the fork lift. More fun than helping a customer haul bags, that's for sure. I made three trips and loaded all this stuff myself, while the cashier watched me walk back and forth three times! I decided to let the store "manager" know about the lack of service, so he greets me in the main store and escorts me to the nursery section saying he was going to "take care of it." I told him the job was already done and that I had done it unaided and was pissed. The manager cuts me off and says something to the effect of "you can't criticize our employees", at which time I just turn around and drive away. Nowhere in this transaction did anyone from Lowes apologize for the lack of service or offer to "make it right" by extending a discount, or a freebie of some kind for the inconvenience and discomfort. I'm 72 with a bad hip who likes to garden. I didn't think it was too much to ask a 30 year old to assist me with this, but apparently you can't criticize Lowe's employees. The one thing Lowe's has going for it, is location. If there was any other option to me that wasn't on the other side of town I would never return to Lowe's. As it is now I only go there when I have no other options. Lowes could be a very good alternative to Home Depot, but my experiences with Lowes have nearly always been less than great: don't have the advertised products in store; website does not accurately reflect what merch is in the store; Lowe's managers are never to my knowledge "walking the floor" and checking in on customers (they are usually somewhere "in the back" and employees have to search for them); frequently are out of seasonal items (no drip irrigation supplies during the height of the season for two years running). Don't get much energy or enthusiasm from management - but have had a couple good experiences with individual employees who go above and beyond. Nobody lost their life over my petty little issues. Nobody should get fired.....just another very mediocre operation in the retail sector - no wonder retail is dying with service like this.

The women in flooring are RUDE! IVE DEALT WITH BOTH OF THEM AS WEVE SPENT ABOUT 9K ON OUR FLOORS. YOU ASK THEM FOR HELP AND THEY SIGH. You ask them about a product and they say, "well was it online?". I have no idea. I came here to see, not online. I watched as one told a Hispanic family that she couldn't leave her post. About 5 minutes later, an elderly couple came up (white) and she left for 10-15 mins. Never a smile. They always I Tera t with you as I'd they hate being there. But

Worst company I have EVER done business with!!! Purchased a new washer and dryer set in October 2021 within 6 months the washer died!! I have fought for well over 2 months to get the washer repaired yet still no help!! The washer has a 1 year warranty but they tell me to contact Whirlpool, I have numerous times and Whirlpool tells me there are no repair people in my area but if I find someone they will reimburse me up to $150 for repairs.. wtf? That's not a warranty!! Lowes tells me there is nothing they can do for me and that they only guarantee for 30 days!! Wow!! $1900 purchase and this is the service I get? This washer will more than likely be going through their front doors and it won't be the polite way!! My husband and I are extremely disgruntled customers at this point... we are business owners and in the process of building a new home!! WE WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER RED CENT WITH LOWES... THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!!!
