Customer service on the floor needs to greatly increase before becoming adequate. Had to call for assistance twice without results. Finally gave up and left after 20 minutes. I still enjoy coming to Lowes. I just understand that I might have to spend more time looking for what I need. On another note: I have complained to staff and management about the sloppily loose toilet seat in the neutral gender/handicap/family bathroom. My wife is disabled and I'm quite sure several other disabled folks use that bathroom. The seat literally throws you off the toilet. Staff had said (confidentially) they are not allowed to tighten it and have received numerous other complaints. It makes me wonder if Lowe's upper management is just looking for a lawsuit. (Not me) are they waiting for someone to end up in the hospital with a broken hip? Come on Lowes, get it together!

Never. I repeat never buy appliances from Lowe's. Terrible return policy. Their appliances nearly always arrive damaged.Their contractors that show up to install appliances are unprofessional and generally don't care about you.Do yourself a favor. Take your business to Costco. Their return policy is without question 1000x better.

Saryn, glen and Zane were most helpful! Great place for all home remodeling needs. It is more organized than Home Depot. The staff are also friendly and available. The isles are wider than Home Depot. The organizing is more pleasing to the eye. That restroom is cleaner.

Ordered flooring & dishwasher for a kitchen remodel. Flooring arrived late. Got a text that it was in. Called to confirm it was in. Drove to the store & was told it was still on the truck & I would have to come back tomorrow. Flooring didn't match the sample. Dishwasher was late by more than a week. When I unboxed it, it leaked a considerable amount of stinky water on my new floor. The directions were soaked. Called the store Mgr who said she would look into it & call back...no callback. Called again & was told she was out but they would give her the msg & she would call back Monday. Again no call. Called customer service to talk with a regional Mgr. They wouldn't provide contact info for their regional mgrs. Absolute failure from beginning to end.

On 12/30/23 I bought a garbage disposal to replace my garbage disposal that had stopped working. I asked to include the installation. The disposal arrived after a week and I was scheduled for installation...and they didn't show up. I was rescheduled, and rescheduled and rescheduled - 5 times before they wrote on 1/26 to tell me that they didn't offer the installation service in my area. I'll get a REAL plumber in - today probably - but I'll never ask for installation from Lowe's again. EVER!

This was the first time I ordered items for next day pickup. I was very impressed with the service provided by the people working there, especially the cashiers. When I went to pickup the items, the staff found my order quickly and already had it in a shopping basket to take it to my transportation. Y'all ROCK!!!

Oksana working over at the pro desk is very knowledgeable and friendly. I'm new to being a pro and she was very helpful and accommodating! I'm usually up north all the way up to Lynnwood and she is by far the best! The selection also always seems to beat out home depot, who would've figured!

I can not believed that the lazy help at Lowes do not consider the customers time has ANY value. Seriously a joke. I went to get a bag of concrete one bag of concrete. I asked the person if there was somebody who could help me load it up. They started down the aisle way with a freaking forklift. I wanted one bag of concrete. I didn't know they were there to help me. But I was parked at the other side of the parking lot and thought I would help them out by pulling my truck over close to the register that I was checking out. That's the last time I help someone at Lowe's. I am sick of being treated like. I am bothering people when I ask for help, And for having to wait 25 minutes for help. Loading an eighty pound beggar concrete that would take them like two seconds. The person at the cash register was awesome and very thoughtful, But those who were supposed to be helping had way more important things to do things that did not involve the customer. Guess what people without customers you got no business. Help the customer. A wonderful woman who is also there to purchase. Some building materials was the one who actually helped me load the concrete. This is a serious joke. Lowe's sucks.

Got kicked out by Dave for absolutely no reason at all, we were looking at the hats and other equipment and we "supposedly" had been in there before when I haven't at all been in a Lowe's before in my entire life. Absolutely terrible .

Ordered battery tool online... had to be shipped from another store... pick up etc was fine but when we got home, we found the charger didn't work so took it back to exchange. The newer version was not in sale and was $60 more but, other than the charger itself, is the same as purchased one... wouldn't exchange! Refunded money and tried to get him to purchase same but more expensive one! Not impressed!
