Needed to do some late Christmas shopping and went in an hour after the store opened. I had to ask for help locating items several times and each time the employee I talked to was incredibly helpful and kind. Great customer service experience.

Great customer service from the staff. I love this place for all my crafting needs. I utilize the coupons they e-mail me on a regular basis. Two thumbs up for these folks.
