Every time I've come with my dog, I am instantly greeted and asked if I need any help. All the staff genuinely love their jobs and you can see that.They are knowledgeable and respectful of pet allergies. Though it is more spendy than traditional pet stores, the service and quality is unmatched!

I love Mudbay. And hope this review can just help employees w discrimination against customers body weight. I work on a farm and do physical labor for a job. I lift heavy things all day. I am tall and slender, and a woman. I carried the bag of chicken feed to the counter myself. No issues. When I was finished checking out the cashier asked (in a really concerned tone) "do you want help carrying that out?" I cheerfully said "No thank you, I got it." She then snickered at me and said "you sure? It's really heavy!" And her face was twisted as she stared at me, at my body. She was not looking at my face or the bag. I kindly smiled and said "No thanks." And carried the bag out myself. I know. They're just trying to help. But maybe don't laugh at me. Just bc I am a lower body weight, naturally from a lot of hard work, doesn't mean I'm weak. May come as a surprise to you but I am lean and toned, low body fat isn't a disorder. And I am at a healthy BMI. Please don't laugh at and judge your future customers when they politely refuse your help.

I've been a customer from the time when most people referred to them as 'The Granary' in fact I was quite surprised when I found out that they had expanded across the state.They are certainly not the cheapest but I trust their products to meet both quality and ethical standards as well as deliver AAA customer service.An Oly original and my favorite place to buy treats and food for my four-legged friend.

Went here for the first time a few months ago with my partner and realized that they were LGBTQ+ friendly. The environment from the moment you enter is just so warm and welcoming! The staff is very helpful and very nice. We even were given coupons and a goodie bag for our first visit! We only go here for our treats and toys when we go and their prices are very reasonable! We’ve never had an issue at all. We both highly suggest this place. Deserves every piece of love and positivity it gets. We need more locations like this store.
