They are so slow it doesn't take weeks just to be sent after the insurance has paid for it if I could I d go someone place that cares more about the people and getting them the items in need

I wanted to thank Ernesto the NSM service technician for the exceptional work he did on my wheelchair. He adjusted my wheelchair to fit me perfectly. He is a very smart and professional person, and hope that if I need him again in the future that he is the one who will show up. Thanks again Ernesto. A+++ Service. :)

One of your drivers almost ran me off the road yesterday I posted a review and pictures with the license plate number but you guys took it down so I will keep reposting the situation until you guys contact me. I left a phone number attached to the voicemail.

Went in person to talk to them, was assured that they would handle everything and gave them my paperwork. Called multiple times over months and was told that everything was in the process, they were just waiting on paperwork from my doctor. I was even told at one point that someone would call me within a week to get measurements figured out.
My doctor called them and they said they don't even have an account for me. Where did all my paperwork go? What have I been waiting for? It's been months of being told it was in the works, what happened?? They're lying to one of us.

Going on a year since I ordered a wheelchair I haven't received yet. Multiple deadlines have come and gone according to their app. Last communication I got was back in February. In my whole life there has never been this long of a wait.

After waiting months they show up with a wheelchair that was nothing like what my husband wanted! Didn’t even fit through a regular doorway. After refusing delivery of the chair it’s been weeks and they’ve never called to follow up, what a joke!

I have called these people multiple times about my Roho Cushion that has completely popped, no one is answering the phone or my messages. This so unprofessional. I have a history of pressure sores and these people aren't helping me at all

I don't even want to leave one star due to the fact that the office staff is on coffee break all the time that's the only reason that I came up with since I have been trying for the last two weeks to talk to someone but NO ONE ANSWERS THE DARN PHONE!!!!! and they don't call back on the voice mail OR answer the email. The technician however is super great, very knowledgeable and friendly he is the only reason the company has it's doors open I'm sure. Sure wish Geniva Woods had not of sold out, they were good.
