We received excellent no pressure service when we were looking for a new, to us, bike. Our salesperson Kelly was great. We weren't really going to buy a bike just yet, but after discussing things for a day or two, the bike we were drooling over was still there. Mariah, upstairs was awesome. She was able to help me find a new pair of leather gloves to ride the new bike home. We live the bike. Thank you NW Harley.

This is a story of REDEMPTION!!!
The year was 1996, I was 21 yrs old. I went into NWHD, cash in hand, ready to buy my very first motorcycle... Long story short, they treated me poorly. I left there pissed, and bought a Honda.
30 years of avoiding NWHD like the plague!
Fast forward to now...
I gave my son his first motorcycle, on his 21st birthday (17' Sportster) It had sat for a couple years and needed some stuff. Again, long story short... In order to avoid NWHD, I tried a local shop (failed), I tried to diagnose it myself and even ordered a BCM (failed)!!!
When I begrudgingly droped it off at NWHD service department, I had little to no faith...
Crystal, Ricki, & Corey COMPLETELY flipped that script directly on its head!!! I cant remember the last time I got the this good of customer service! Great communication, detailed workmanship, and the open display of teamwork was beautiful!!! Not only have they REGAINED a customer.... They made a brand new rider and his Dad VERY happy!!!!

I traded in an older Street Glide for a newer Street Glide. Beau and Zach made this the greatest, easiest, happiest purchase of all-time! It felt like family. Very groovy.

I went to a lot of bike dealerships looking for my forever bike and all of them were rude. I just about gave up when I got to this dealership. Completely differnt. Helped me get the perfect forever bike for me. I wont go anywhere else. I have been to this shop for every oil change and every time I receive exceptional service.
Today I picked my bike up and again I was given above and beyond service.
Thank you Chandler and everyone else for fixing my brake pedal you are all amazing. It is PERFECT!

I walked in to look and buy a bike but I wasn't sure what I wanted until Brett pointed out a 2021 street glide that was loaded with options I test rode the bike i loved it then I test road a 2023 road glide with those big ape hangers and man you talk about uncomfortable so we boughtthe 2021 street glide so the experience we had at northwest harley davidson was a 10 a solid 10 we have done buisseness with these guys before and everytime it's been a wonderful experience they have a huge selection of everything so don't be afraid go get one at ridiculous discounts and start making memories

These ppl are very courteous I was looking at a17 heritage loved that bike but I had also looked at another bike before that one they gave me up most respect because the 08 Electra Glide ultra classic I couldn’t stop thinking about it the salesman I was very cool and happy for me granted it was from somewhere else these ppl are great I’d highly recommend them to anyone I’m trying to work on a few ppl I know to deal with them I’ll make sure they get all the work I can give them on my bike

Randi in parts and the Service manager Ryan were very nice to us when we were in the area to race in Castle Rock. I needed a clutch and to borrow the special tool for the Evo stile clutches. They made sure I had everything I needed to get the job done and go racing.

The staff are always helpful and friendly. They constantly put on riding events and customer appreciation events. Randi at the parts counter is my go-to for any part that I need for my bikes. Overall this is a fantastic dealership and community!

Owner was very condescending, more worried about the money going into his pocket than actually helping people. Doesn't have the ability to listen, and highly would not recommend. Shop elsewhere.
