I ordered imprinted pens from Office Depot online. I ordered 500 pens. About 20% of the pens had a sticky feel to them, and could not be used. We tried spraying a cleaner on the pens to remove the substance, but the imprint came off. Trying to return the sticky pens has been a nightmare..I have been requested to supply information more than once, including pictures....which are difficult to see the gummy issue. I've asked Office Depot to send me a return label for the gummy pens and they can reimburse for the pens with the problem. Hello Amazon, will not order pens from Office Depot again. This order was probably the 6th order for pens I have purchased through Office Depot. Was very surprised at the difficulty in requesting a return. Pretty sure the gummy pens will end up in the trash...I'm giving up at this point.

Don’t come here for printing service. They have one person working the morning shift who is constantly overwhelmed and will mess up your jobs. Two stars because I’ve got no issues with the rest of the store. However, until that one person is addressed I won’t come back.
Every time I come, they are being rude to someone. We get you’re busy, but we still have to come into the store, so I’m not sure what you want.

I went in today, late on a Saturday afternoon, needing to have some programs printed for a Celebration of Life/memorial gathering tomorrow. Even though it is the posted policy that copying is not done on a now while you wait basis, Liam did make my copies after I waited a few minutes for only one person who was ahead of me, and Liam was happy to do this copying immediately. Within 30 minutes after I walked in the door, I walked out with 60 stunningly beautiful color copies with photos that looked just like the originals. Quality of the print was excellent. Liam's service was pleasant, easygoing, congenial, helpful and very efficient: he is good at his job.
It improves my quality of life to know that I live near a place like this Office Depot where I can walk in and get beautiful printing done for a fair price and walk out in half an hour after waiting my turn. Liam's skills include high level proficiency with making his machines work fast and well, as well as high level interpersonal communication customer service skills. --- Five stars!

We went in to get a Scriveiner pen, they are kept up front. The cashier Om, was very friendly and tried to help us. He couldn’t find them and asked called for help. His supervisor Tyler was obviously annoyed, threw the pens on the counter, snatched the out of my hand and then left them in the counter without saying a word, then complained how he was on brake. I understand that he was on brake but being a manager, his behavior was very unprofessional. I think a manager should be willing to support his staff. He was very rude and disrespectful to both Om, the cashier and the costumers.

The lady at the printing department was super rude. I was trying to print off and 11 x 17 document. I called in to make sure they were open first as it is 4 July. Was trying to ask her about printing this document off and just kept getting cut off over the phone with her repeating self serve. I get there 10 to 15 minutes before they’re closing and Was trying to ask her if there was a special printer, as there were two of them, That I needed to use for this 11 x 17 document. Again I kept getting cut off with self-serve.. Would not even take the time to listen to my question. I really hope management can convince her that customers are the way she gets paid and that she does not have to be So rude towards the people that contribute to her paycheck.

I cannot give higher compliments ...or more thanks ... to your employee Aspen working in the Print Services section of your store on April 11th.
Visiting my cousins in Toledo, WA, from The Netherlands, I came into your store late on Sunday afternoon/April 14th to have a 50+-page family history notebook photocopied that afternoon prior to flying back to Amsterdam the following day. Aspen was working alone. She handled positively and courteously each customer who came to her for services despite the fact that she was more than occupied with the copying of my 50+-page document (with its irregular pages and color inserts as well as both single-sided and double-sided pages).
My cousin and I were there for almost two hours. Aspen completed the project; I paid the charge at 17:47; and we left the store just before closing time at 18:00. Aspen was courteous, diligent and very pleasant the entire time. She showed no impatience or frustration despite being on her own and having to simultaneously handle multiple customers, as so many employees (in my experience) would have done.
Aspen is a jewel for your organization and an excellent representative for Office Depot. Please convey my appreciation and compliments. Most importantly: Take good care of her!

The reviews are faked and if you try to write one, they directly tell you and block you from talking about their customer service and price you paid. You also cant post a review without disabling adblocker. x'D
Terrible. This store itself is awesome though and I strongly recomend a physical visit to this location. :D

Great experience at this location!
the outside of the building looks a bit off-putting, because it's kinda dirty and needs maybe some pressure washing. But the inside is great! Clean and full of helpful and skilled employees who can help you with what you need!

Not impressed by their service or level of care. I ordered 4 products delivered to their store. Two of those items arrived the next day, and I was notified of their arrival to the store via email. I received no notification on the other two, but I discovered that they had arrived by following up myself. Upon picking these items up, there was only one box containing a single item, the other item was not present. The store submitted a service ticket and instructed me that I would receive an email the following day. I never received an email, so after a couple of days I called their customer service line. I was assured that they were working on it and that I would receive a call within the next 24 hours. Again, no call, so step and repeat, but this time they were "escalating" my issue and I will receive a call in 24 hours. But yet again, days go by and no call. I shared my frustration about the failed promises and was told that the issue would be resolved in 1-7 business days...How hard is it to do the right thing and ship the product? But that is not the resolution Office Depot employed, instead, after two days I received an email telling me that my product had shipped and delivered and they gave me the tracking information for the package that was allegedly delivered to the store two weeks ago - you know, the product that I never received. And when I explained this to them, they then sent me an email telling me to feel free to dispute the charge with my bank.
UPDATE: I found it fascinating that Office Depot replied to my post asking me for all of the details of my issue....and then here we are, several weeks later, and they've done nothing with the information that I provided. They made it look like they were concerned, but if you look at similar posts (those of us that had issues) - we all received the same cookie-cutter message.
