Customer service was phenomenal. They gave me recommendations that were perfect and even followed up with me with a text message after my ordeal with my boat trailer was over with. The gentleman was very honest and really communicative(which I love!) 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic customer service! I called for a tow estimate on a very hot Saturday as my car's alternator had fried and was blowing the 80 amp fuses that power the electronic ignition (and everything else). -I have a very basic mechanical knowledge, and he suggested trying disconnecting the alternator first (battery still had a good charge) and seeing if it would start before he came out. This worked, and I was able to make it home without a tow! I'm a single mom on a very tight budget, and because of his help, I was able to avoid what would have been a financial hardship. He has my thanks from the bottom of my heart.

These people charged a $375 "drop fee" they hadn't even picked up my car and were simply parked in front of my vehicle.I'll be taking them to small claims court with the 4 witnesses who saw . They are predatory.

I called for a tow earlier today do to my car breaking down and needed a tow from Lacey 0.9 miles from there yard (thus the reason I called them) to Lakewood 16 miles that's it they told me it would be a four hour round trip and quoted me $1500 I have a lowered Honda civic so I know they would need to bring a flatbed to tow but that's outrageous i then called nerd towing located in Lakewood they got to me in 40 minutes and had me home in 30 minutes for $250 I downloaded yelp specifically to to leave a bad review on patriot towing and recovery I do not recommend them whatsoever very bad business if you need a tow call need towing they will hook you up

I will always recommend patriot towing! Their customer service is unmatched. I got two flats on the right side & called to get an estimate. Spoke to bill and he gave me some great advice and he was so kind and compassionate. You can tell just by talking to him that he is very knowledgeable! Although I ended up not needing a tow, you have made a life long friendship. If i ever need one in the future i know who to call! I was so appreciative of the excellent customer service i decided I'd drop off some donuts to their office in appreciation but sadly they were closed! Great customer service! We were stuck on the side of the freeway and not only did they help get our car to safety, they also helped us when they didn't have to. I definitely felt like they put the customer first. I would use them again if I'm ever in that situation.Service: Car towing

we all get and understand understaffed, overworked, covid, staff shortage, heaven forbid a loss causing personal havoc. and the general public is rough. but the reply from you of hearsay is a lie! you're conversation was overheard and my personal call after learning you used the wrong son's name online did not go much better. if you are of military background as you claimed then you know better! true facts are 1.other tow outfits were running. and at 1/3 your price I understand why they were very busy as well. 2.sorry if you were to sleepy to notice my wife's call was at 6:30 am not 1am as you stated. but you're add says 24 hour. maybe temp hire someone? there are temp services in town you can call in a time like bad weather when a tow operator might expect higher volume. 3.shaming someone for doing their best to get to work in bad weather is not helping after the fact that they slid into a bush and was high centered. the officer that stopped to check wanted the car moved asp. there is nothing you said to anyone that he didn't hear from his parents. maybe quit towing and become a driving instructor? 4.where you went to far, looking up someone's personal profile to gather information to shame the worker farther online is creepy, and ironically enough using the wrong son's name of a man in uniform currently serving is shady behavior! this does not portray a PATRIOT... I would suggest seeking help through the VA if you can. 5.a simple gee sorry you felt that way. or even gee mam we are understaffed and can not tow at the moment. would not have gotten her review. it's called tact and they teach that in customer service class you can find at evergreen college. thank you for removing our son's name although a professional would have never bothered to go there! in closing I wish you well in the future. but to the customer? call around because this owner really values not driving in the icy conditions.

These guys are crooked. Completely overpriced, and very unreasonable. Not easy to work with. Horrible. Absolutely horrible.
