Went into the store trying to get flee medication for my dogs i cant find a single employee i finally found 2 of them gossiping i walk up to them politely and say hi hows it going i have a question? They look at me rude then i ask for the product i need and im greeted with attitude and told we dont have that and that doesnt work and they brush me off and i explain that ive bought that product here every year i just cant find it now and they give me attitude again telling me to go to petsmart. I walk away and i end up finding the product on the self so they do have it they gave me attitude cause they were busy gossiping and made me waste time looking for anyone to help me just to find it myself after they said they dont have it very poor customer service

Pearl was extremely rude at the cash register rolling her eyes and giving me and my wife dirty looks. We won't be returning to Petco anytime soon. If you want great food for your cat/ dog check out Mudbay. Mudbay consistently offers great customer service and the employees don't act like it's an inconvenience to assist you.

When I need pet supplies, this is my go-to store. I love the open concept, which makes navigating through the store a breeze. They have a fantastic section for cats available for adoption, which I appreciate. Their pet grooming services are also excellent. Overall, it's my favorite place to shop for pet essentials.

I took my dog in today a regular bath and as soon as i got the text that she’s ready for pick up I went in because I was only outside just waiting. And when I got her she asking wet not dry. And they try to tell me she spilled a water bowl so they trying to dry her up. No she is wet from head to toe to her tail. And they add shedding less care appointment which is fine. But she is shedding more than when i brought before. It’s basically hair from not being dry because if they dry her properly all those loose dog hair would have fly away but she’s soaking wet so it wouldn’t. They probably think oh her owner would take forever to come get her so they just air dry her. I was outside the store just waiting for her to be done. And she smelled like wet dog. Like she didn’t even get a bath. It was also 5pm so do they trying to rush get home. But still I paid for the service and the wasn’t done properly. I basically give her a bath again when we got home and dry her up properly.and her nail didn’t get cut at all.

I normally love Petco and their grooming, but was pretty disappointed with this location. I scheduled online several days ago for a 2:45 appointment today (5/19). I filled out the pre-groom questionnaire, as I always do. I got a call today around 1:40, but didn't answer because I wasn't sure who it was and no VM was left. At 2:03, when I was about to leave, I got a text saying I needed to call to answer some questions. When I called, they told me they were cancelling my appointment because my dog has separation anxiety and is reactive around other dogs. I have always made this clear and it's never been a problem with other Petco salons, they just say that he'll be away from others. He's never had problems with people, so I'm not sure why this was an issue all of a sudden. I think there should be a very forward policy/notice that these dogs aren't taken if this is an issue. And some more heads up would have been nice.

Gray is really gentle with my very anxious elder dog and my very wild younger dog. They handle my pups with ease and calmness every time - my pups’ energies never seem to phase Gray. Services with Gray are efficient and superb!

Wonderful! The staff there is amazing. The front service rep (Sarah?) was so helpful. Even though it was loading day she made sure I was taken care of & went out of her way to make sure I could get what I needed that day. Even if it meant pulling out crickets that hadn’t had a chance to be put away yet. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thanks for going the extra mile ???
